Arrived ahead of schedule, but may not be sized to thickness that you purchased.Pros:- Arrived ahead of schedule- Very low scent on it, I had to press my nose close to topper to smell any.- Soft and comfortable to lay on, delivers on promise there.Cons:- Not uniform in size. I measured all four sides for thickness and got different measurements on each. Either its been sitting in a warehouse compressed for a long time or it’s not cut to a uniform thickness.- Topper slopes from 3” to 2” thickness.Edit: Dropped from 3 stars to 2 stars upon repurchasing a “new” topper. The new one received was worse for wear than the previous order. This is for the supposed 3 inch versions. Reviews on the 2 inch versions don’t seem to have the same experience. The quality control is absolutely subpar given that I’ve ordered 2 for 2 with toppers that are not uniform in thickness and the second being slightly deformed. Attached are images from the first and second toppers. Topper 1 are pictures 1 – 5. Topper 2 are pictures 6 and beyond. As you can see, thickness is not uniform across for both. Topper 2 had some deformities. I am unsure if this is due to how it is stored or if this is simply terrible quality control for their latex. At this point however, I would not recommend this to individuals seeking a 3 inch topper. You may have better luck with a 2 inch topper.Final Edit 7/9/20: After being in correspondence with Bonnie from TakeTen customer support, they shipped a new topper overnight to make me whole. Pictures 19 and beyond will be of Topper #3 that Bonnie shipped us. It appears significantly more uniform in thickness and shape. I’ve included pictures of measurements regarding their thickness and some standing photos of its appearance. The intended recipient, my elderly mother, has expressed that Topper #3 felt significantly more comfortable and offered much more support than the previous 2 defective units I received. As such, I’ve changed my rating from the last 2-star review to now a 4-star review due to the exceptional customer support. It was a rather painless process with taking images of the deformities and measurements and sending it to TakeTen support. 1 star was removed due to the complications to receive the product in its intended form. I can now recommend the product to others and would definitely recommend reaching out to TakeTen support via Amazon if you’ve received a product that does not appear as described.

Firmer than expectedSeems to be good quality, and is definitely an improvement to the extra firm mattress that I’m using it on. However, there are some issues with it; (1) it is 2-1/2 inches thick, not 3 as advertised, (2) it is slightly longer and wider than a normal king size mattress, and, (3) it would fit better if the corners were rounded to conform to the mattress shape.

Comfort again at last…We bought a king sized BeautyRest this past summer in firm after being tired of sinking into our 13 year old Posturepedic pillowtop.After a few months and trying multiple different pillows, I was still having uncomfortable issues with my arms and hands going numb or falling asleep when on my side.It was either swap out the mattress, something neither of us wanted to deal with, or try a mattress topper. This soft latex topper was what we chose for its 100% natural latex properties and its great price.No weird smells, just a faint odor when we stuck our noses right by it ha, and it unrolled and laid on the bed so nicely. The cover made it easy to rotate so it lay on the bed correctly.I was afraid it would be too squishy but it adds just enough cush to ease the pressure point pain I was having side sleeping. It took about a week to adjust but it’s been bliss ever since. Evidently we wanted something with a pillowtop afterall ha, but this was easily more cost effective than a pillowtop type at mattress store by a few hundred dollars.Last thing to note, my pillow is just a standard king size firm pillow, no triple digit pillow required for a night of deep sleep with no more pins and needles arms and fingers, thanks to this mattress topper!!

First natural latex topper, feels like you’d want it to.I bought the queen 3″ soft and had a problem with it, but they resolved it quickly. This is my first experience with natural latex and its genuinely impressive. It feels like your kind of floating or on a piece of springy rubber, but not in a weird way. My new Serta 10″ poly foam/ gel foam mattress was too firm and this topper was the perfect solution. The soft version is plenty dense enough for me and I’m 6’2 and 200 lbs. I don’t feel like I’m sinking in too much or a medium firmness would be necessary. There was only a faint rubber/earthy smell, not nearly as bad as my Latex for Less natural latex pillow. I considered going with a more expensive natural latex topper, but the wait time was a month or so. The other places toppers were made in the usa, but this one made in Sri Lanka is probably just as good. It was a great price and when I need another topper I’ll definitely see what they have available. Also, you can find a topper cover on their site if you type it in the search bar.

Very lush, deep, and soft.This mattress topper revamped my old crappy king size mattress that had pits where each of us sleep. It came vacuum-sealed, and was very easy to get in place. The cover was already in place, which was helpful.I got the 3″ and the comfort level is fantastic. I feel no evidence of the pit I was formerly sleeping in. I was very eager to fall asleep the first night, and it was a vast improvement. One adjustment I will have to make is that I toss and turn a lot in the night, and because I really sink into this topper, I find that I have to sort of hoist myself up to be able to turn over in the night which interrupts my sleep quality. I am wondering if a 2″ might have prevented this, but I am hopeful that my body will adjust.Edit: 8 months in, and I am totally in love with this topper. What’s more is that when we have houseguests, we give them our master with ensuite and we sleep in the guest room. Every single house guest has mentioned what a comfortable bed we have and two families have since bought this topper for themselves.

It’s very softI thought when I got this that it would be perfect. Maybe it would be if I had a different type of mattress. It’s marshmallow soft. Doesn’t fill in divet in original mattress. Bottom line too soft. When I get new mattress I will update.

Disappointing QualityWe bought the 2″ low-density version (my wife wanted a “plush-feeling” topper). The cloth cover made it easy to unroll and position on the bed without tearing the latex. We are side sleepers, and this topper improved the comfort of our firm bed providing a bit more support than “plush”. However, after 1 month, there is a noticable depression where I sleep, a problem normally associated with poly toppers but NOT latex toppers. After the first month, I flipped the topper from head to foot and sure enough, a new depression is now forming. I am 6′ 1″ and 187 lbs, so not exactly a heavy weight guy. At this rate, I expect to have to junk this topper within the next year.UPDATE: Seller contacted me through Amazon, asked for pictures of problem topper. To my pleasant surprise, they over-nighted a new topper! The new one seems more consistent in resiliency from side to side and feels very comfortable but after only two nights of use. Will update in the future, but at this point am DELIGHTED with the customer service. (I bumped up my rating one star as a result).

Good sleepI topped my firm full futon with a soft topper & it’s just right. It’s very comfortable and I get a restful nights sleep. I also love that it’s a natural product and that it comes with a cotton cover. I purchased one to top my grandson’s futon also, and he loves it!

Softened our bed and made it more comfortableWe have been sleeping on the topper for about a week now. The topper made the bed more comfortable, softening it up. Doing research, latex foam seems like the way to go for durability, and this item with the cotton cover seemed like the best bargain. No chemical smell at all.So how much does this latex topper weigh, you ask. Well, I ordered a 3″ soft queen and the weight in the description is listed at 33.5 lbs. The description also says soft foam density is 4 lb per cubic foot, so with the 60″ x 80″ x 3″ topper dimension, the weight calculates out to be 33.3 lb, close enough to 33.5 lbs. However, the UPS said the shipping weight was only 27 lbs, so did they ship me the wrong topper. But wait, when UPS delivered the box, I weighed it and it came in at 45 lbs. Since the empty box weighed 5 lbs, the actual net weight of my soft queen topper is 40 lbs. Interesting????Anyway, the topper made my 6 year old bed purchased from Amazon (originally a 12″ mattress with 10″ of polyurethane foam with 3″ latex pillow top) more comfortable.
