    I’m pleasedNOTE: I just got this today.1st, it’s easy to assemble. I used a power drill but note, a large drill will be too bulky to go down straight. NOTE: There are outlines of where the feet should be placed but some are off. I simply picked a spot close to the edge I liked and adjusted the other 4 legs accordingly.2nd, the hinges are tight. I was able to open and close this fine. Hopefully, the tightness isn’t a sign of rusting but quality craftsmanship.3rd, some complained about rips in fabric. I saw none. The black overlay on the bottom has a seam down the middle and you can choose to seal it or not.4th, it’s a great seating height for me (I’m 5 foot 6 inches tall). The cushion is very firm but comfortable. The buttons seem quite secure. This is set up as my meditation nook and I feel like this is a great buy to help me chill out after a long and/or stressful day. Eventually, the curio will be painted and blinged out but this storage bench is a great buy.5th, this has a little weight to it (which I like). The weight gives me confidence in its durability. I’ve got some weight on me and needed a solid yet comfortable piece.Finally, I would buy again and would recommend. So far so good.

    Not very impressed right nowThe bench is nice-looking. I would’ve preferred the bench in a gray leather-like material, but it wasn’t available. The edges of the bench are already scuffed, and I only got it delivered and taken out of the box today. The legs are extremely hard to screw in. Not sure how stable it will be if I can’t get all or most of the screws flush with the legs.

    Eh.. looked really cheapThe photos do this product wayyyy too much justice. Upon opening the box, the ottoman looked really cheap, almost plastic. I didn’t even take it all the way out since I knew it wasn’t going to fit my aesthetic. It looked sturdy enough and the legs were nice but, it is indeed a SILVER ottoman lol. It didn’t look the least bit leather-like… more shiny vinyl adjacent. Was worth a shot but I’ll stick with another kind of ottoman.

    Stunning!Love this! I’m actually going to get the white one for my bathroom. We bought the black as a nice way to store our emergency/earthquake supplies in our entryway. The “leather” is nice and thick while the stones aren’t gaudy looking. (Whew!) They have just the right amount of shine, attached well. I like that they ate slightly recessed into the leather so placing stuff on top, like mail, won’t scratch them easily. It was easy to put together, just the feet need attached, took 5 minutes. Highly recommend this product.

    Broken/unattached hingeIt arrived with one of the hinges only partially attached. It was very difficult to screw it in due to the very tight space. It was connected by a large bar hinge that was filled with grease..yuck! Fortunately, my husband was able to fix it. Looks nice but should’ve arrived fully attached & clean!

    Beautiful storage benchI have this in my walk-in closet and it is so gorgeous yet practical! I get compliments on it all of the time. Plenty of space to hold blankets and throws.

    Would’ve been 5 starsI’m not going to lie… I truly do love how beautiful it looks! However I was displeased with the tiny hole I saw on the inside lining of the bench.(Size of a pea, if not smaller.)After I realized it can be covered, I quickly got over this minor issue. Otherwise this would’ve been 5 stars!!!!UPDATE: I CONTACTED AMAZON CUSTOMER SERVICE TO NOTIFY THEM OF THE DAMAGE AND THEY SENT ME A GIFTCARD! THEY OFFERED TO SEND ME A REPLACEMENT BUT I DIDNT WANT TO GO THROUGH ALL THE TROUBLE OF SHIPPING IT BACK.VERY HAPPY WE CAME TO A FAIR AGREEMENT. 👍
