Ordered twice, failed both times.UPDATED: The first time I ordered this product and the mechanism stopped working, I was able to return it because I was within the window to to return it. The second one arrived and the unit worked for months but then failed in the exact same way. Product is heavy duty and well-built, but something about it causes the up/down feature to fail and produce an error code. The company is impossible to reach for assistance.UPDATE: I posted in the question Q&A on this product my issue with the error, and within 10 minutes the company contacted me to walk me through the easy and quick fix for the error. At the end of the day, I am so happy with this product and can’t recommend enough. Not sure what caused the error on both products but when it works man is it ever a great retracting table!

The lift bracket is very good, but the installation guide is missingThe lift bracket is very good, but the installation guide is missing. The tabletop carton appears to have been unpacked and repackaged. There were no installation instructions in either box, and I had to fumble and try to fit it. But still can’t use the memory function, seems to have been memorized? But this lift table is really very good, this is a point of praise!
