Great for PriceThe product came in several boxes. Since they make several types, they must mix and match boxes, each one with their own set of instructions inside. The ribs that support the structure had straps attached so no need to measure where each one goes—just make sure the frame is as square as possible. I was surprised to discover the drawers do not attach to the frame. Each one has it’s own wheels and stays on the floor. The drawers have some weight to them so this works fine and probably a better idea then the usual.

I had a chip in the finish when one of the side supports fell onto a cardboard box. This is likely not going to hold up with kids. I am glad I have furniture markers. I will need it. The instructions were one side of a piece of paper. If you are at all home improvement challenged, hire someone to put it together. The bed seems sturdy but I have not even tried it yet. I bought 2 beds, a night stand and a8 cube cubby and have been building for 3 nights. The cubby and end table are finished much more like furniture that I would normally buy in a store. The end table I would also have Assembled by someone else, the cubby is not hard. Mind you I have to admit I am doing this after a couple 12 hour work days. Hire a handy person.

Great sturdy bedGreat sturdy bed. Bought another with the trundle to complete our boys room. Actual wood and not a cheap alternative. We had them for about two months now and they’ve held up marvelously which says slot when you have boys!
