Ok but not greatThe bed looks nice and it was fairly easy to put together but for the price I think it is just average. A few issues, the legs for the headboard are not labeled front or back but it does matter, you can not get the side rails in the top notches if you put them on backward and you need to use the top notches for the trundle to fit. Also, there were two supports missing that are installed on the bottom of the rails to support the platform. There are MANY notices in the boxes to call Atlantic customer service if there are any problems for there 24/7 service. I called, had to leave a message and am still waiting for a call back. Disappointing since they make such a big deal to call them with any questions. Hopefully I can find something to substitute at the hardware store. Third, the trundle is hard to roll in and out on carpet, I wish the wheels were a little better. Last, this is a matter of taste but the main bed is a little low with just a mattress on the platform rails. I may consider getting a box spring at some point to raise it up a bit. None of these are deal breakers, I would likely buy it again but just wanted to give future buyers some of my observations.

nightmare delivery and iffy qualityI ordered this bed with the trundle also. This bed comes delivered in 4 big boxes. However, I advice you check over carefully and don’t wait til your return window has passed. The first time I got wrong color. Second bed delivery, came with no trundle. They could not just send me the trundle so had to get a third bed delivered. On the third delivery of the bed, the wood on the headboard has been punched and trundle has large split in the face. In the meantime, I have about 8 boxes sitting in my driveway for pickup. UPS only picked up one box because amazon only gives you one label to return. The trundle and bed platform are made of a very sturdy wood. However, the headboard and footboard is made of a flimsy wood, perhaps with some pressed board and the paint quality is already showing signs of cracking. This will not hold up well. I still don’t have a perfect bed (trundle has a gash), but I will try to paint it rather than try for a fourth time. On the plus side, this is a very cute bed, great for a kid’s room. Assembly is straightforward. Just be sure to check for damages right away as a lot can go wrong with this bed.

Great qualityThis bed was very well organized, came in 5 separate boxes. Easy to put together. No damage done to any of the product even tho there was a huge knife cut on one of the boxes. Trundle part rolls out very easily. Would definitely recommend buying this! Great quality

Sturdy with great trundleGreat quality as with everything we have purchased from Atlantic Furniture. We were looking for a modern look with a simple modest sized headboard. The footboard is low enough that you can arrange your bedding to show it or hide it. Love it! Great twin trundle. Pulls out easily and it fits an 8” proper mattress on it so it’s good support and comfortable (so many trundles are so small it’s only a little foam mattress)

Parts missing and no available customer serviceSo very pretty bed. But I would give it no stars if I could. We were 95% of the way complete with our set up,when we realized there were no slats that go under the mattress. The trundle came with its own but the bed frame did not. I called customer service at 2pm on a friday and they had an answering service that said they were closed till Monday. They could take a message but due to covid they were 14 days behind on call backs. They say they offer 24/7 customer service so this not true. Now I have a bed that’s complete except for the slates so I cannot actually place the mattress on the frame. This is extremely frustrating as I’ve already removed and disassembled the old bed, got my daughter excited to sleep in her new bed and spend 2 hours putting this thing together.

It’s a heavy bed so probably best to get it professionally put together.Very nice bed. There was a small problem with a missing piece and Atlantic dealt with it immediately. I like their product. They are a good company to deal with. Did their best to get problem resolved. The bed is really a lovely one.
