Good comfort for a big guy 6′ 3″ and 284Picked up off of a Warehouse deal So compared to retail, a good value.I’m 6’3″ and 284 so no issues with weight limit.I am not a gamer so, this as an office chair. I have my own lumbar which helps but as you can see I use the ones that came with it. This setup saves my back.Seat is ok. Some firmness but not rigid and not too soft. I put on roller blade wheels but took them off as wheels came with it are better moving than roller blades on my floor.Assembly was not difficult. I still get a little rock (feels like screws for seat are loose) movement even after a re-tighten of everything last few days. I tired to add a seat support but so far none do the trick. Unless I totally jam my back into it I am off about 2″ to 3″ inches from under knees back to seat. This is important for long sitting. Thus need for better seat cushion. Again, this is for me maybe not you.The drop in star is for the arms and that rocking side to side. Arms, very adjustable but very loose for me maybe not so for others not as large a frame. Bought the pads in picture (Amazon search) for an X-chair which needed them as does this chair. A must have. BTW, the X-chair.. save your money as not as wide as this one and seat pretty firm. I had to have a seat cushion and reason for a $1,200 return. Although, C-Chair nice looking and good lumbar support. Just saying.Recline is pretty good with my added lumbar and seems to be durable. I also use a foot rest which helps.I basically took what was in an expensive chairs matched up what I could find, thought out of the box in a gaming chair and this brand seems to be really solid metal build and reason for the choice. This one has that taller back compared to other big & tall chairs and another reason I chose this one.For a person who games a real solid choice. For a person my size this works. Any lower weight and size, a real good choice. Taller and bigger, I guess so as it rates up there.I have had this for about 4 weeks now and as said above made an adjustment to tighten down everything again from initial build. I do need to contact the company as it was missing a locking screw and I had take from another area to put on seat pan but I know not reason for the movement. The color is pretty standard and fit well within the decor and wife approved.Hope this helps as it is a keeper until I find my ultimate chair which I had from Hon. Lasted 16 years! Office store not a Staples. That was $850 back 2006. If in need, Check out office furniture stores for heavy duty models. This was best I found for the money spent.

Great quality with a couple concernsTook an hour to build with online videos. Great quality chair! Like best I’ve ever used. I’m a fan of head and lumbar support. Only thing is I’m 6’1″ and feet barely touch floor at 90 degrees when at lowest setting. This has put major strain on sciatic nerve. Bought additional foot rest and elbows cushions, but comfort still hit or miss. Taller person should have zero issues.

Great chair for taller/bigger people!Im 6’2 – 220lbs. I was worried the chair would be too small but it ended up being perfect for me.The chair is built well overall, the instructions were good. Took about 30-45 mins to setup including unpacking.I was tired of buying cheaper chairs that would only last 6 months. I will update if there are any flaws or concerns after normal usage.

Best chair I ever ownedI am a data analyst so I spend 8 to 12 hours a day at my desk crunching numbers. So I know a comfortable chair. I have been working in some capacity at desks for some 30 years and have sat in perhaps a hundred different chairs, some crappy, some very expensive. This one by far is the most comfortable chair I have ever owned. The good:- I am 6’1″ and weight 260lbs. This chair easily supports my size and weight with some room to spare.- The PU leather is of good quality seems like it should last a very long time with some care.- The foam making up the cushions is stiff yet conforms to my body well.- I like the lumbar and the neck pillows, they are comfortable and configure well to every position I seem to put the chair into.- Assembly was easy enough, but be ready to work, this thing is heavy.- I love the color, the red is very vibrant and the whites are super clean. The bads:Sadly, I do have some bad things to say.- First, as the attached picture attests, when I inspected the chair after removing from the packaging, I found a very small tear on the top of the headrest. I inspected the packaging and it was fine, so this tear occurred before the chair was packaged. I was(am) very disappointed, you buy a chair for this much money and you kind of hope you get to be the one to tear it up. Since I had waited so long to receive it, I had hauled it out to the country where I live and carried it upstairs, I decided to just live with the tear as it is in a place it will not get worse, it is just cosmetic at this point.- Second I have worked very hard to try to remove the “wobble”. For as heavy as this chair is and well engineered I was hoping it would not wobble side to side and front to back. Might be asking too much, but there is a slight wobble. I have tightened the attachment bolts twice and they are currently tight, but the wobble is still there. Again something I can live with. All and all I would recommend this chair if you are willing to spend the coin to get it. I just downgraded my score for the tear, which Im sure is very very rare, and the slight wobble, which a lighter person probably would not cause.
