So great I have two!I needed a new chair for the house. After buying and returning a $1000 Steelcase Gesture, I called a buddy who was still working from the office and he read off the make/model of my the chair my work gave me.A few days later I’m sittin pretty in this amazing Big’n’Tall chair.I’ve had my work chair for about 2 years now, no obvious wear. It’s no frills. Pretty simple design and functions but boy oh boy is it comfy. It reminds me of the back seat of my 1983 Oldsmobile Delta 88 Royal Edition. It reminds me of a small couch on wheels. The stand if heavy duty solid steel as are many other components that you usually find to be plastic on office chairs. The recline is devine.

Sturdy & comfortableI actually have this chair at work. With the working from home I needed a sturdy, comfortable chair. I liked my work chair so much I bought myself the same model for home. Relatively easy to assemble. If you’re using it on a rug, I would recommend getting a mat for underneath.

Bypass, not worth itChair is comfortable, however it has only been 9 months and the chair sinks as soon as you sit down, it no longer holds its height. Warranty is supposed to be for 5 years, but their website states that you have to go thru where you purchased in order to have it repaired or replaced. You can’t contact them directly to request replacement parts. I’ll be avoiding this company for future purchases.
