Lack of Quality ControlI ordered the set of 4 black barstools. I put the first three together no problems! Look a little cheaper than what I was hoping for, but they are sturdy and budget friendly. They were even easy to put together. When I went to put the fourth stool together, I noticed that the cushion was bent or off center (see picture). I messaged the seller to get a replacement cushion. They were quick to respond and were sending one out immediately. I received the second cushion and it had a tear in it. Somehow I got refunded for all 4 of the barstools. When I messaged about getting a third cushion sent out, they informed me I need to send payment back to them through PayPal. Odd, but I obliged. I then got confirmation a third cushion has been sent. Upon opening the third cushion, there are four tears in it (see photos). I am currently awaiting a response to get a fourth cushion mailed out. The saga continues…. I hope in the future there will be more quality control on their end.

Lower than 24 inches when sitting on the stoolThe stool is 24 inches including the cushion. So, when you sit down you lose about an inch or so.

Super happyFaster shipping than expected and very happy. Our 2 year old pumped shampoo onto the seat the day we assembled these and were unpacking into our new home and seat wiped up extremely easily. Waterproof and toddler proof so far 👍🏽 Happy customer.

Okay, but Not Worth the CostThese look better in pictures than in real life. They’re not bad, but they are certainly not worth what I paid for them. They remind me of something purchased from a dollar store or a discount store. For this price, I could have gotten something nicer from a local furniture store. On a positive note, they are easy to put together. Each one took me about 10 minutes.

Love theseThese are exactly what we we’re looking for. We wanted sturdy stools that were the perfect height. The backs are the same height as my counters. Which is lower than our old stools. Which opened up our kitchen. These look amazing

Uncomfortable and Crappy ReturnsBeware. The stools were sturdy, but uncomfortable and looked cheap. When returning was notified by Amazon that I would receive return labels for shipping, but that was not the case. Seller Customer Service emailed me that they would give me $40 not to return the stools (LOL), but if I did return the stools shipping was on me. Shipping the 2 boxes @ 36lbs each cost me approx $120. But if I kept them and tried to resell, I don’t think I would get the offset amount for the return…So a hassle and wasted money.

Super chicThese barstools came very easy to assemble with the right tools and easy instructions. They are perfect in our newly remodeled kitchen island. The gray is exactly what I wanted for my kitchen. They are sturdy and not wobbly as well.
