Big chair, but seems sturdyGreat chair. When it arrived, it is extremely heavy. Make sure you have someone to help you or you can slide it inside. I ended up opening the box up, and carrying the parts to the place where I would use it.Once put together, the chair is BIG. I am 6’3″ and 285 pounds. My head is mostly covered by the head rest. It is really tough to lean back, but it is possible. This is definitely for a bigger person, lots of space on either side.Parts, everything seems quality except for the wheels. The wheels are plastic, I think I would’ve paid 10 dollars more for better quality wheels but other than that, construction is solid. We will see how it holds up in the future.

This is an amazing chair!I work from home and a comfortable, supportive chair is absolutely essential. I have been looking for a quality chair for a while but the prices were keeping me from buying one. I am so happy I found this Amazon Basics chair. It is a lovely chair. It is feminine looking without being juvenile and it looks very professional in my virtual meetings. The best thing about it is that I can sit in this chair for several hours every day and not feel fatigued, nor do my legs start hurting and feeling jittery. I strongly recommend this chair!

Quality contructed — rock solid, tank like.As someone who weighs the approx weight that matches the stated capacity of this chair, I’m a huge fan. The chair is constructed with someone of my weight in mind. Screw holes are lined with steel, not plastic or just compressed wood holes (over time I’ve had the screwed in bolts in chairs constructed in such a fashion just pop out).Also, compare this chair to other B&T chairs that are bult for a 350 to 500 lbs capacity. Those chairs usually are between 35 and 45 lbs (lookup their product descriptions). This chair comes in weighing 61 lbs. It makes a difference here — tank like constuction. Chair arms are not creaking when I push off to get up.Only thing to note for some, the minimal chair height (this has a piston like so many office chairs) is relatively high. Not a problem for me, but if you are 5 feet or so, you may feel the seat height of this chair is too high. For me it is a plus, I’ve never had a chair piston last more than a year before it is incapable of holding up the seat while I’m sitting in it. With this chair, I simply have no need to engage the piston to adjust the chair higher.

Best B&T Chair!I’m 6’2″ 275, former military operator and trying to find a chair that fits my frame and is comfortable is extremely difficult. The chair that I had previous for at least 10 years just didn’t cut it anymore so I had to start the search. I found a Serta B&T chair on Amazon and bought that. Brand name and good reviews. Not a B&T chair at all. In fact, it aggravated my hip arthritis and I had to give it away. Then I found a KBEST, no name chair. It was the right size, but the seat padding was not very good and was no existent in a few months. A purple seat pad came in handy after that.I’ve had this Amazons Basic chair on back-order for several months and then out of the blue it was shipped and delivered the next day! For the price, this chair is 5 stars all across the board. It still would be at $400. It is deep enough to support my thighs all the way to the backs of my knees. It’s wide enough to where I have space to move around and sit at the weird angles that I like to sit at. The back is not as high as I would like, but no chair is. The seat feels well padded and is on the firm side. The only negatives, and this is picking nits, are the lumbar could be a bit less aggressive and the arm rests could have more padding.Now if I can say all this about the chair in a year then I will be more than happy with it. I’m actually thinking of buying another just to store away somewhere before Amazon knows they have a winner and jacks up the price!

Amazing!I am a nail tech and I sit 10-12 hours a day. I am also a 6′ woman at about 450lbs. A lot of me weight is in my butt and thighs and have struggled finding a chair that doesnt dig into my hips while sitting as most are too narrow between the arms. So I was nervous before the chair came in, as I couldn’t tell if the measurements provided were the width between the arms or outside of them. But let me tell you what, my big booty and thighs fit, and the chair is soooooo freaking comfy. As others have said, this is a BIG chair. But if you are a big person who sits for long periods…this is definitely worth the money. As others have shared, the arm bolt holes don’t line up super well. But I found that lining up the upper arm hole and partially bolting that one, allowed enough movement when attaching the bottom arm bolt, that I was able to bolt it all together just fine. Treat attaching the arms like changing a tire–tighten the upper bolt a bit, the the bottom bolt a bit. It worked perfectly and the chair is sturdy AF. Going to get another one for home use. I love it.

Sturdy but roo tallThe chair is sturdy but the arms are too tall so they rub the bottom of my desk, which is not short. Check that before you buy.

Crème is two tones with a soft pink topWhen I said this chair is very solid and high quality / however I ordered the crème leather not expecting to receive a two toned crème / soft pink chair. I absolutely love it but the coloring of the crème chair is no evident before you order. I thought maybe it was an accident but it perfectly the top layer on every piece, the seat, back and arms.

Built very well/heavy duty.Very solid chair. I have gone through several office chairs that just couldn’t support my size and weight. But this chair does and then some. I am 6’1″ and 240 lbs. Being all upper body I put a lot of weight on the top back of chairs. This chair handles it and is comfortable to boot. Also nice looking.

You better be tall if you buy this.I buy a lot of “big and tall” things just for extra room. At 6′ even, this chair is too big for me… the neckrest hits me in the back of the head and forces me to look down. This seems like it would be good for people around 6’4 and up.

the best chair i have purchase so far.the chair is heavier than previously other one i have had and really built sturdy for my 300 pound frame,the chair is very comfortable and i enjoy sitting in it. it was very easy to assemble. it came with everything you needed to put it together as well as the instructions.
