Do NOT trust the delivery windowWe have a rental and specifically selected this item out of so many couches because Amazon presented a 3 hour delivery window. We needed to replace a couch while a guest was there, and this required a lot of coordination for delivery and pickup of an older couch. This couch was more expensive than many that looked like it, we selected it for the delivery predictability. Big mistake. Amazon support said the time on the site is just an estimate and not a guarantee.1) Support committed to a 30 min notice prior to arrival2) We had a 9 AM – 12 PM window. At 11:40, i called to check and learned that couch delivery got rescheduled to the next day. NO notice from Amazon.2) The delivery window changed from a 3-hour window to 12 AM – 11 PM3) I called Amazon support again at 8 AM of the adjusted delivery day for a more defined window, they said 5-8 PM. I coordinated w guests and furniture guys. Amazon confirmed that we will get a 30 min notice.4) Couch arrives at 2 PM, no delivery notice and tells me that they cant leave the couch because noone is there to sign for it.5) They left the couch because i explained the situation and learned that 5-8 is already late.The couch itself is pretty, got good padding, easy to assemble, but honestly not worth the price. I noticed they even increased the price by 100+ the day after our delivery. It’s decent, but frankly not something I would choose in that price range if i didn’t care too much about the delivery time.

Nice Accent Chair!I bought this and the Bowery Hill ottoman to coordinate…they look great together. The chair is very sturdy and comfortable. I have had many compliments on the chair. The style and color make for a very striking focal point in my living room.

Gorgeous Blue Velvet Sofa!I love my beautiful sofa. The legs were very difficult to put on. Some adjustments had to be made. There was a zipper pull in the way of the screw to attatch one of the legs. The fault of the manufacturer. See pics. The sofa is beautiful, sturdy, firm, but not uncomfortable. Love, love, love it!

Pretty chairs!These are a little bigger than I expected but still great! Wide chairs, leather is nice, they look really good in my space. I ordered 2 of these and they came separately, one was perfect and one had a damaged zipper for the back cushion. It’s only a small part and I think we can get it repaired. I wanted to have a new cushion sent out but the chairs were now out of stock so Amazon gave us a 10% refund. Better than nothing. So would have had 5 stars if not for that

Awesome Quality ChairIt is hard to know the true quality of furniture when purchasing online, and/or whether a chair, for example, will actually be comfortable to sit in. This chair is both. The chair is high quality, and very comfortable to sit in for extended periods (I work at home). Thanks for a great purchase.

Large chair.The chair is very big. Which is what I wanted. Check measurements and measure your space. The chair is deep. I have put a lumbar pillow on it. I wanted a chair to lounge in without it having a tall back. This is perfect and nice looking in the space we have it in.

The perfect chairVery comfortable. It’s the perfect size, large enough to lounge in but still fits in the smaller area I bought it for. I can lay in it sideways and put my feet up on the side comfortably. Very happy with this chair.

Perfect on trend Budget furnitureI purchased the couch in grey fabric in July of 2020. It’s now been about 7 months and I still love it. It was not very expensive about $800 but gave me the look I wanted and was the perfect size for our living room. I will say the fabric has started to pile a little where everyone sits so it’s not something that will probably last forever years and years and years but I wasn’t expecting that at this price point. The cushions on this version are removable which I read on the cognac version they are not. The removable cushions are actually useful because if you need to remove them it allows for a lot more space in case someone needs to sleep on the couch. Lol. It’s not bad to sleep on either. It’s not super cushy or soft but it still has great structure and support. I’m very happy with this purchase and don’t regret spending the money one bit. I expect this couch to last us 4-5 years before needing to replace. It was super simple to assemble.
