Bar-Height vs. Counter-Height Stools
What’s the difference between barstools and counter stools? A barstool or bar-height stool has a seat height of 28-30 inches and works best with 40-42 inch bar tops and tall counters. A kitchen counter or counter-height stool has a seat height of 24-26 inches and works best with 36-39 inch counters.
The Right Fit for Your Space
Ensure a good fit for new bar stools with some quick measurements. First measure your counter height (floor to the underside of the counter), then check the Rivet stool’s seat height. Allow 9-12 inches of clearance between the seat height and your counter height for comfy bar seating.

🙌 the holy grail of a quality and modern bar stoolThis is my first Amazon review ever. I felt 100% compelled to write one given how incredibly comfortable and stylish these bar stools are! Have you been searching for the bar stool that satisfies both your want for modern appearance as well as need for comfort? Look no further. These are sturdy, gorgeous, and I could sit in it all day (despite currently having a broken tailbone 😅). They cost double what I wanted to pay… but guess what, yes, I’ll annoy you and say it- you get what you pay for. They don’t swivel but add some felt pads to the bottom and who cares? The color is an ivoryish (not a stark white) and I’ve added a photo so you can see the difference between my paper white counters and the color of the fabric. The legs… ohhh the legs 🤤. They are a sexy brass, like a true brass, not a cheap brass. They’re not like those other brasses. Is this my favorite furniture purchase of all time? Quite possibly, because I’m that happy with it! Eek! 😍

Beautiful Barstools!!!I can’t say enough how happy I am with these barstools. I’m waiting on 3 more! They are comfy and so pretty. They appear to be well made but I just received them so we’ll see. They seem better quality than most barstools I’ve seen at the furniture stores. The quality is of the same from a store like restoration hardware. Love them!!!!

Worth the moneyI searched for the perfect bar stool for months and finally chose these! They’re amazing! They are definitely expensive but I think they are so worth it! They seem like they will last forever and the fabric is high quality. I really hope they restock so I can buy more to get a full set. I have been stalking the white ones for months to complete my set so be aware they may go out of stock and not come back if you plan to buy one or two at a time.

Wonderful barstoolsThese bar stool are beautiful and comfortable! You can sit in these barstools for hours they are so comfy! The fabric is easy to clean amid the perfect gray color. The legs are a beautiful antique brass. Highly recommend!!

Quality bar stoolI liked this chair— but I returned it because the grey didn’t match my grey — but the chair was very nice and came assembled. It was comfortable too. Had it been the right color, my only concern would be the pillow getting flimsy over time. Also, the price changed a lot in this chair from when I started looking — it would vary by $30 or so?! Frustrating. If I had someone else check the price it would be lower than my price. The more I looked at it, the higher the price. So— before you buy — make sure you have someone with a different IP address check the price and have them buy it for you!

Well Made bar stoolsThese bar stools are sturdy, well made, and a great value. The straight lines give a clean simple look with a touch of class. Unfortunately, they did not work out for our bar. The return process was amazing. We simply packed them as they were delivered and filled out the return form online, for home pick up. They were picked up the next day and refund was prompt. Would defiantly buy from this company again.
