This product is excellentI bought this product for my mother and she loves it. The change of the temperature in the heat, the different colors of the flashing on the fireplace itself. She’s very happy with this purchase that I’ve gotten for as a gift. I highly recommend it to anybody and likes to look at fire and sit and relax.

Looks great, but difficult to assemble!.Looks really nice, after struggling to put it together. Took a few hours…Mainly because they use a lot of Cam locks. Not the easiest to work with. Screws would have been better and easier.

Good piece for the price, SMALL space for components Directions said it took two people approximately 3 hours to assemble, but I am a 52yo woman with a 3yo who “helped” and we did it ourselves (she inserted all the tiny dowel pins) in about 4 hours. The list of tools needed said not to use power tools, but then showed a picture of a power drill in the list of tools needed. I could not have done it myself without the power drill to put in all those screws. As it was, some screws the drill couldn’t reach so I screwed in with my arthritic hands. There are a LOT of screws and some were VERY difficult to get in.It is made with pressed particle board with a wood-like finish that looks very nice in the completed product. The space at the top for components is quite small, nothing bigger than 5″Hx11″Dx17″W will fit. It looks bigger than that, but the corner design cuts off the outside edges of the space. Absolutely nothing bigger than 5.0″ tall will fit, and any wider shortens the depth because of this corner design. I had to cut out the back of the cardboard backing to make the stereo receiver fit, and even then it still sticks out by 1″. Only a tiny blu-ray player really fits.While researching which electric fireplace to buy, I couldn’t find a single video of the actual fireplace functioning to see how it looked (I have uploaded a video with this review) so was nervous it would be really cheesy in a relatively inexpensive product. I am happy to report that this fireplace lover is quite pleased. It doesn’t look real by any means, but it creates an ambiance that satisfies, and it’s a space heater to boot. Other than the small space for components, I am impressed for the price I paid.

Lovely!We are so in love with this! I wouldn’t call it “easy” to put together but if you take it step-by-step and pay attention you’ll have no problem. Took my husband and I about an hour. It has adjustable fire glow, temperature, and timer setting which are awesome! The only thing I wish was that it had an extra 2 inches on the front. If your TV has dual legs it will not fit anything larger than 50” and our soundbar has to sit down on the shelf. The PS4 did not fit at all so upstairs it goes. I like that you can have the “fire” on without the heater and because the heating element is separate the glass doesn’t get hot to the touch (huge for us with an 18m/o). It tucks into a corner so nicely that we are now looking for new end tables that aren’t so bulky to fit the design of the room. These seemed very normal with our old normal (aka huge) stand. We are very please and highly recommend!

Fireplace lasted two yearsThis is a great looking and sturdy tv stand. And the fireplace heated my living room nicely for exactly two years. Then it went out.

Good for the priceArrived faster then expected, one piece was broken but luckily my husband could repair it, took 2 of us over 2 hours to build, it looks nice and love the fact I can have the fire on with no heat , we have a large curved tv on it and it fits fine

Very poor qualityNot good quality at all. Fittings are loose and drill holes not properly aligned to allow tight fit. Unfinished groves and top coat is more like a primer. I would not recommend this to anyone.
