Contemporary
Contemporary design refers to the styles and trends of the present. Softened and rounded lines separate them from the stark lines seen in our modern style stools. The form, texture and colors of the stools directly spring from the materials used. Our design combines the beauty of the materials with the utility of the product to present an item that is visually satisfying. Often confused with modern furniture styles, there is a distinct difference between modern and contemporary furniture styles, although they do share some similar characteristics.

Industrial
Components of industrial style include neutral tones, plain metals, reclaimed wood, and utilitarian pieces, both in function and form. Industrial style is characterized by a raw and unfinished look. Its aesthetics cut out the excess and lean towards practicality of form. Exposed hardware, unfinished metals and wood, distressed finishes, and factory inspired pieces are what it is all about. Shapes used for industrial interior design consist mainly of squared lines and blocky shapes which promote a utilitarian cohesiveness in the overall look of your home.

Transitional
Transitional design is a mix of classic and contemporary. It is a new take on an old classic. Transitional design marries curved furnishings with straight-lined, lacquered finishes, resulting in a room that is equally masculine and feminine in nature. The transitional palette relies on a lack of color to evoke a clean, serene atmosphere. Dark brown can add depth to a neutral balance of taupe, tan and vanilla. Transitional’ s colors are not as saturated, and there’s less use of pattern overall. When a pattern is employed, it is generally a subdued geometric.

Lovely and beautiful bar stoolArmen Living, Aspen Adjustable Swivel Grey Faux Leather and Walnut Wood Bar Stool with Black BaseI think this is a beautiful bar stool. It has a great look and is comfortable to sit it. I love the hug-around back, it is very supportive. The heel bar fits my feet perfectly and helps me balance on the chair. I love the it has a pneumatic adjuster to change the height. It was so easy to build the chair. It was literally four screws to attach the seat to the support and the rest just fit into place and secured when you sat on it. It took more time to remove it from the box and remove the protective wraps from the pieces. It was very easy and one person can build it. I live this chair and do recommend it.

Gorgeous wood, short or tall, comfortable adjustable stoolLove this chair!! Besides being really attractive and unique, it’s incredibly comfortable. Plenty of room for different sizes. This has the best adjustable base I’ve ever had on a chair, it’s very strong and goes up and down with ease. Up to you whether you want to use it as a dining table height or a tall bar stool. The footrest is in a comfortable position. The chair itself is beautiful, the wood work is very well done and a lovely color. I am very impressed with the quality. The assembly was super simple and quick too. Definitely recommend!

Easy to put together and beautifulLove the two toned color of this chair with the wood like handle and the grey seat. They are very easy to clean and put together. It comes with the screws needed (only need to install 4) and comes with an extra that came in handy as one of the screws was not punched out correctly so the allen key wouldn’t work on it. The height adjustment is easy to use and it looks great!
