Arrived perfectThis chair arrived in perfect condition & was very easy to assemble. My only complaint is that the cushions are very hard. Not cushioning At All! Will have to add pillows or take apart and change stuffing. The fabric is kind of plastic feeling rather than comfortable soft fabric but as a nursery chair which could easily get soiled, it looks like it would be easy to just wipe up. Very satisfied other than those two things.

Screws won’t stay tightThe only thing that’s WRONG with the chair is the screws that connect the back to the arms WILL NOT STAY TIGHT.

Small gliderMore suitable for a women then a man. It is very stiff and plastic feeling

The color purple fits in with my decorDislike the Microfiber as it accumulates pet hair. Did however solve the problem with a handy tool I bought on Amazon too. Also bought from Amazon was purple pockets I added to the chair, since pockets weren’t included. Thanks, love my chair

Nice but noisy chair.I got this for my husband. He likes it. The only thing is that the material is not a soft fabric like on other gliders I’ve had. It is a nylon type fabric that makes noise when you move around. It would have been better with regular cloth for the cushions. The frame seems well made though.

EhIt’s pretty hard padding, since I’m sewing savvy I’m going to restuff the cushions. The wood is also much lighter than the cherry wood that it claims it is. Assembly was easy though, but it’s not wide enough for nursing.

Item not what it claims to be. Pleas read discription carefully. Don’t be fooled by a USA title.First I’ll start by it was my fault I did not read more into where it was made. CHINA! Or Chian like the tag reads on the ottoman. I was too excited when I saw USA in the title. The wood does not appear to be cherry wood it looks half a** stained. The back and arm rests didn’t quite fit seamlessly. The bolts had to be just started and all in (with a little tweeking and muscle to get them to line up) then I could tighten them down. The ottoman: I had to take the four bolts to the pad and the cross piece off (6 bolts) to get the plastic off. The material is NOT microfiber. Don’t know exactly how to explain but is the same material they use for backpacks or duffel bags. I was real disappointed in that. Not what I expected out of a $350 item.Other than that the glider and ottoman move smooth. I will update again when it breaks. Sorry maybe I’m not being positive like my wife tells me I should be. Just used to other items bought that were made in China or Chian. I am hesitant to keep this item knowing that I may be disappointed in the end. I will be getting another one for the living room but it won’t be this one, from this company or from China. Sorry forgot: also when I went to tie the bottom cushion to the back rest the stitching broke, the tie came off and the cushion split open. Good thing I know how to hand stitch.Update: rocked in it for only 30-40 minutes and is already squeaking. Now I need to lube.

Check platformI liked the rocker but the platform was installed backwards. I took it apart instead of returning it and reversed it but it was not as easy as it looks. After reversing the platform it was ok. The rocker for the price is a nice purchase. Glides smoothly and no other complaints

Nice chair but missing partsthe chair is lovely and seems well made and comfortable. However while putting it together we discovered a missing part for the right arm. Part “L” which attaches the arm of the chair to the back goes in fine but there is nothing inside the hole to allow the screw to be threaded in. the other arm screws in perfectly so the threaded part in inside the hole. Sold by Amazon so not sure how to get the part replaced. Basically the arm hangs loose and the chair is unusable. What can you do, Amazon?
