A bit cheaply made but works good.It worked well was not a fan of the changing table it was very unstable and I didn’t find it useable. The handle at the bottom that you turn to release is extremely flimsy and has almost broken off and the gear at the bottom doesn’t turn well so it’s not one that you move around a lot. My twins did not like the bassinets they moved way to much so ended up using the big bassinet and it worked great until they outgrew it. I did love the light and music add ons it helped a lot at those 3am feedings.

Missing pieceWe bought this for our twins to nap in the living room. For this sole use, this product was fine. However, it was missing a piece for the canopy. I called customer service and they said they would order the part and send it, but it never came. When I followed up, no one responded to my email.It wasn’t impossible to assemble, but it definitely wasn’t easy either. It took two of our friends about and hour and a half to put together. We didn’t really use the changing table (it’s kind of low, you have to bend over a lot) or accessories. The bassinet doesn’t have a removable mattress or top, so if your baby spits up or has a diaper leak, you have to clean it as best you can with wipes or something. If you remove the bassinets, you can use it as a play yard but the bottom isn’t very sturdy. I don’t think it would hold both babies.Summary-this is useful just for the bassinets. I could have probably just got another brand’s twin bassinet, except this was cheaper. All the other accessories and components were either were missing, not practical, or not sturdy.

So easy a caveman can do it!My wife has a masters in music, and I (husband) have a Cosmetologist license and I’m in preaching school, and it took us less than an hour to get it together. Sure the instructions aren’t amazing, but we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us. So far we are still awaiting the arrival of our twins, but it looks great, and our other two children have tested it with their dolls and clothes. Will update if it sprouts tentacles and runs off with our kids, or anything else it shouldn’t do.

Wrong pieceThis playpen is great except I can’t use both bassinets since I received the wrong piece. The first picture is the wrong piece. Both parts are facing the same direction. I am unable to attach the bars to make rocking bassinets. Super frustrating. I’m not sure how I can get this whole thing back in the box to return.
