Perfect for foster parents! As new foster parents we needed a very specific crib to be able to accommodate our needs. This review is written for other foster parents, so I’m going to be pretty specific about our setup. We have a three bedroom house with a twin bed in each room. We need 40 square feet per child, so we can have three kids. With our age range we needed a flexible option for the crib so that it could be stored away when not in use (for non-foster parents, you cannot have anything in the room that isn’t for the kids who live in the room). We also needed a toddler bed for the same reasons. The best solution for us was to have a folding crib that converts to a toddler bed. There are plenty of folding cribs, but they either convert to a twin or full bed, and we don’t have room for an extra twin or full bed in either of the kids’ rooms. This is where this crib is AMAZING! It is literally the ONLY crib that converts to a toddler bed AND folds away for easy storage.Setting up the bed initially is easy BUT the instructions are not the best. They are just pictures with very few words and I was confused with a few of the steps. I’m pretty handy and figured it out, but it would be helpful if they updated their instructions to be more specific.Converting the crib to a toddler (and vice versa) takes about 15 minutes. It’s a little more cumbersome than I’d like for it to be and it’s a lot easier with two people. I did convert it from a crib to a toddler bed on my own, but it was more frustrating than it needed to be.I cannot speak to the quality of the bed long term, but so far it’s been great!Oh, and for those of you who might be foster parents who also don’t have bio kids, they make 2-in-1 mattresses. One side is for babies (extra firm) and one side for toddlers (firm). I did a lot of research when picking ours out and made sure to get a high quality mattress that also tells you which side is for babies and which is for toddlers to avoid confusion.

Pricey but a nice cribPurchased for my son and his wife. Only reason I didn’t offer 5 stars is that it’s quite pricey.

Quality ProductThe “portable” crib arrived this afternoon. I purchased this for a grand baby visit coming up. The first thing I was impressed with was how well packaged the crib was. There was a lot of styrofoam padding all around and in between the pieces. As I was taking the pieces out of the box I was also immediately impressed with the overall appearance of quality. I am a late-60’s grandmother and I got to work assembling the bed. All the required pieces were provided, along with two extra wheels and 2 small locking washers. The only thing you need is a phillips-head screwdriver. I admit it took me several minutes to read through the assembly directions; there are a few printed words in English and French and a lot of pictures. Once I understood the picture logic it was easy to put the crib together; it took me about an hour. Putting the crib together I again was impressed with the quality of the product; all the holes lined up and all were neatly drilled. The paint was nicely applied. The crib is VERY sturdy. In fact once you insert the mattress platform and screw it down to secure it, this crib will not fold. Honestly this crib could be used as an everyday crib. It will fold easily, once the mattress platform is unbolted. That is one small downside I did not anticipate as when you want to collapse it, you will have to be sure to keep the platform bolts. If you were unconcerned about the extra stability the bolts provide, you could just position the platform in the crib without the bolts. But the small downside I mentioned is more than overcome with the solid stability of the crib. This crib is well worth the extra money over some other “portable” cribs when you read their reviews on workmanship and quality.

This Mema is Happy 😊I couldn’t be more pleased with the beauty and easy of assembly of this crib. I was looking for a crib that folded and really saw quite a few. They didn’t look as sturdy as this one and not only does this crib fold it also converts into a daybed for when my grandson gets a bit older. It’s also a full sized crib, not a mini. My husband and I put it together in about 40 minutes, it might have gone faster if I’d done it alone…don’t tell him that. The directions are pictorial for the most part which I love, he hates. Don’t make me read a bunch of words, I get lost. My only question is why it comes with 6 casters? There are only 4 legs 🤔 Anyway, I plan on using it tomorrow, if anything changes……I’ll let you know.

The only option that made sense to me at the timeI wanted to buy one bed, not seveal progressivly larger beds. The total cost of this would add up to several cheap beds which is what I used as justification. I wanted a bed that was collapsible, as I wanted the option of moving it and putting it away rather than throwing it away (if you take a bed apart, you will end up with missing parts).Pros:Put this together myself. Feels sturdy. Arrived well packaged. Comes with todler bed conversion in the box. Collapsing design.Cons:ExpensiveWe actually picked up a second hand bassinet first, but ended up tossing it due to missing parts, overall flimsiness and lack of any safety certifications.

Love this CribI read a lot of reviews on this site about this crib. Thank you all for posting, It is a beautiful, sturdy crib! We received it quite late due to the Wild Fires, but it was well worth the wait. My husband who “hates” putting things together, raved about how easy this was to complete and he did it alone in about an hour. No issues with the parts or pre-cut holes. It is perfect for our grand babies who come for extended stays. And I can store it when we have guests without kids. VERY PLEASED!**This is our 4th crib for grandkids, often then passing them on to their parents when a 2nd baby comes. This is by far my favorite. And it won’t be going anywhere ;D

Best crib ever! This is the best crib I’ve ever seen!!! Why was this not available for me when I was raising kids??? I bought this for my grandson and I live in an apartment so space was an issue considering he doesn’t use it that often. It takes the smallest amount of space folded against the wall and I hardly know it’s there! It’s heavy duty as well.*The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because there are a couple of small dents on the top from shipping, and I was desperate for it when I received it as they were coming in a couple of days.**It says needs 2 people for assembly, I did it by myself quite easily. I’m 5’7” and 120lbs soooo

Sturdy! We needed two of these and we are happy we ordered both at the same time because one of them was all wrong and the other was perfect. One of the orders didn’t have enough parts, things were broken, no holes for screws and not enough screws. Had we only received that package we would have returned it and walked away. But the second package had all the parts and nothing was damaged. So we put it together and are very pleased. Highly recommend this crib.

Perfect for Grandparents!Exactly as described and what I was looking for. Assembled by myself within 40 minutes and only needed a screwdriver plus the tool that was included. Recommend laying the parts out in order before you begin. I agree with other comments that it would be nice to have a different way to secure mattress base to frame so a screwdriver wasn’t needed each time but not a big deal. Solid crib! Can’t wait for next grandparent’s weekend.

Excellent cribReally well done! Great job designing, manufacturing, and shipping! This is the ultimate in cribs, imo, since it’s super sturdy and yet can be easily moved and collapsed into a small unit in order to store. Super convenient! Thank you for making such a great crib!
