Very niceIt was so worth the money! It only took my husband a few minutes to put it together. I put it in the entryway and received many compliments. There is plenty of room for shoes. It’s better than having shoes all over the floor and tripping over them when you enter the house. I give it five stars, six if possible.

Everything was going so well tillEverything was going so well till I started screwing on the hinges…First impression – wow, pieces are stained evenly, smooth and packaged well. There are even 1 spare part for each different piece! Instruction is fairly intuitive, if I can do ikea, I can assemble this. Let’s get this done!15 minutes later, I’m already on the step to assemble the doors. Yes! This will impress the mother-in-law. The price was a bit on the expensive side but it looks solid and well made. Wow, even has hydraulic hinges that closes slowly. Wait, why does it not line up with the pre-drilled holes on the door? It’s off by about 1/8 of an inch… grrrr. I guess I have to make a new hole or force it in. Luckily I didn’t have to make new holes, just had to tilt the screw, and evenly screw both screws in at the same time then it’ll go in with a bit more force.30min later… Now to screw the door into the shelf. Hmm.. that’s odd, even with the predrilled holes the screws are really difficult to get in all the way. Ah, crap, these nails are soft, I’m stripping the screws, have to go slower and push inward. Phew, got 2 doors done, now finally the last one.Almost 2 hrs into assembly. Oh SH*TTTTTTT the screw broke! (See image). What’da heck!?! I didn’t use any more force than I did with the previous 2 doors, why did it break? Is it the screw that’s defective? They were already pretty soft that I was stripping them… Let me try the other side of the hinge. Ah-SH*TT… now I got two broken screws stuck in the predrilled holes. Everything was going so well. What am I suppose to do now? I can’t install the hinge then there won’t be a door. Maybe I’ll tell the in-law it never had a door…. Eh, she already saw the photo, she knows it has 3 doors.. Crap.Well, eventually I did find a solution to resolve the broken screws stuck in the predrilled holes. Not happy after struggling / stressing for 2 hours wondering what the heck am I suppose to do (since I actually broke a third screw), or how do I return this since I’m already got it assembled till the last door… not happy =( Com’on guys, your product looks and feels fantastic, but you need to work on quality control. I suspect the reason why I had 3 broken screws is due to the density of the bamboo board. I understand you predrilled holes and use soft screws because bamboo cracks easily. In this case, the “A” board was more dense than “B” or “C” and thus when I tried to screw the hinge into the board, the soft screws broke. I even had to “pre screw” the screws on that board to minimize more broken screws. I will say I’m on the fence about returning this product…

Beautiful little benchI ordered this bench to put at the entrance of our house. It was easy to assemble and also the instructions were well written. The material is top quality, so it is very sturdy. The white look is very atmospheric and I like the design for shoes. The door can be closed so the shoes are not exposed and it is breathable so you don’t have to worry about odors from the shoes inside. Worth buying!

Very sturdyLooks like a quality piece of furniture.Great bench and stores shoes put of sight so your pets can’t chew on them! The pad is nice and firm and comfortable too. It feels solid even with two people sitting on it.

REALLY annoying to put together, but nice piece overallI put together tons of IKEA pieces, and other furniture – I consider myself pretty handy. This piece however put my patience to the test. It IS a nice piece though and definitely does the job of keeping our shoes out of reach of our pup. However, if you do not have a second pair of hands, put it together on a day you have lots of time and patience.

Very nice shoe cabinet for the entry wayI have been looking for a sturdy nice looking shoe cabinet to hide shoes, this one matches my home decor, It was easy enough to assemble, there was one piece pre drilled hole did not line up, we contacted the seller and he responded quickly via email and send us the piece. It is made of bamboo, very sturdy should last long time.
