About Package
Our advanced packaging technology means we can roll-pack our mattress toppers and ship them at one-third of the normal size. The mattress topper that is roll-packed still retains its initial quality, as each will quickly recover and return to its original shape after being removed out of the packaging.
Tips
1) Before first use, leave the memory foam flatly in a well-ventilated area for 48-72 hours until it’s fully expanded.
2) Low temperature may need more time for expansion. Finding a suitable temperature(78℉) will shorten the time.
3) Our memory foam mattress topper is certified by CertiPUR-US and OEKO-TEX for durability, performance, and content.

I purchased this mattress with hope of it being firm after reading description saying it was firm.Although this topper came up when I was searching for a firm memory foam topper, this thing is not exactly firm. I had originally written a review about it not being firm, and I gave it 3 stars. The company reached out to me and expressed a sincere response as to of why my memory foam topper may have missed the mark with quality control. I can respect that, when a company is willing to admit that they missed the mark and were willing to give me a refund. I am not the type of person to want to hurt a company that is trying their best, so I refused to ask for a refund when I first used the topper. I just accepted it as it is what it is and moved on. Now when they insisted on giving me a refund, I insisted on changing my review to what I have just changed it to. They are a company that puts customer satisfaction at the top, and that is respectable. Moves like that and learning from past manufacturing issues and building upon them is what separates the winners from the losers. Thank you for doing good business, and hopefully you can get around to providing a truly firm memory foam mattress topper – because it seems like they are a rarity here on amazon!

It’s okayAt first I didn’t like this mattress topper. I felt like I sank into it, it was uncomfortable, and it made me hot. I emailed the company trying to return it but they told me to give it a week. It’s a been a month and I’ve gotten used to it. I would prefer it to be more firm.

Comfy!I love this mattress topper! I used to have a soft foam topper, which was comfy, but now that I’m in my 30s my back has randomly started hurting.This is more firm while also being soft and cozy. Didn’t help w my back as much as I hoped but that really comes from strengthening soo that’s on me haha.Recommend.

Works very wellI had the unfortunate circumstance of being recommended the wrong mattress (it was extra plush and i needed firm), so I bought this to solve the issue and what do you know? I didn’t need to buy another bed because this worked perfectly fine!
