1) How to fix the middle lump?
Please remove the cover and flip the foam upside down. Then press on the middle area to flatten it.
If still not work, just let us know!
2) How to choose firmness?
4 Inch mattress toppers are medium. 3 Inch mattress toppers are medium-soft. And 2 inch toppers are softer.

Great mattress topperr,,,Here’s the WARNING…I love this mattress topper! It’s lightweight, comfortable and I can move it by myself. My dog and I are seniors and I purchased it to put on my living room floor so that I have something comfortable to lie on while cuddling. It is getting or difficult for Gummy to jump up onto the bed and this mattress is perfect. I took the mattress out of the box and lay it on the floor..easy peasy. Before I could put the bedding on I was interrupted by a very long phone call that coincided with his potty time .Here’s the WARNING.. After the call I entered the living area and saw a gigantic spot of liquid in the middle of the mattress. .Gummy occasionally uses bamboo potty pads for emergencies such as when I am stuck in traffic. The mattress has bamboo components…you can see where I’m going, right??? At first I was confused then after I realized what had happened I had a good laugh. I visualized Gummy smelling the bamboo and thinking, “Wow! Thanks mom for the gigantic potty pad! ” ! I took the topper out to the deck and it was super easy to clean with soap and water. I patted it dry with towels and after a short time of drying in the sun it was good to go. I brought it inside then immediately placed the sheets and blanket on the topper. We haven’t had anymore surprises. We have taken to using the topper every night instead of the bed and we both enjoy the extra cuddle time…cheers!

Comfortable and not too hotMy wife was complaining about our 5ish year old memory foam mattress getting too soft. Instead of buying a whole new mattress I figured I’d try a topper first. She likes firm and I like somewhat soft. This topper was the perfect compromise for us. Most importantly, it doesn’t get hot at all while sleeping on it like many toppers do, it always stays nice and cool. My only complaint would be that since it ships folded in half, and then rolled and vacuum sealed, we had a crease going down the middle of the mattress for over a month. It did eventually go away for us at least. We made it a point to try and lay right in the middle of the bed occasionally to help it go away, and that worked.

A Must HaveThis is a product that everyone needs on their bed and absolutely worth every penny. First of all, I would like to thank all the people who posted reviews on this product. I would have never taken the chance and ordered it without the wonderful inputs that were provided. My husband and I were gifted a very expensive new Costco bed that was as hard as a rock. When the owners said it was a very firm mattress they weren’t kidding. Literally, it felt like you were sleeping on a bed of nails. I have had hip replacements in the past and that one night of sleep had me unable to walk correctly for three days. We didn’t want to spend the money and toss this bed and buy a new one, for it was new. We started to investigate toppers to purchase, hoping that it would add some comfort for us. I have owned egg crates in the past and they are terrible because of the heat they produce. I produce enough heat on my own! We ordered the 4-inch topper and it is amazing, for it doesn’t produce heat and you sink right into it. I was impressed not only with the quality of sleep I had but also how well It is constructed. The cover that is included is made of very nice material. Don’t freak out for this product is very well vacuumed sealed and in a tiny package when it arrives. This was also impressive, for the first thing that went through my mind was “you have got to be kidding, this is going to be a joke!” The topper does have a seam down the center that is elevated. There are instructions on how to get rid of it, but our dog had no problem getting it out with her weight. I hope that this product lasts for years to come, for that first night of sleep was well worth the price for us. We will continue to brag about this product to everyone that comes our way looking for a better night sleep.PS. We also purchased the hotel pillows that were offered at an additional price by the same manufacture. They were just as described. For once in 20 years, we have the perfect bed along with pillows to match. One doesn’t realize how difficult it is to purchase these items until you get them home and they are the wrong ones. Beds and pillows seem to be either to soft or hard, no perfect medium. It seems impossible to win at your choices sometimes, but we scored big this time.

This company takes care of you! only 70 days and it is failing and Amazon says toughThis 200.00 topper is curling on both sides while in bed , this problem did not surface until after the return window closed and amazon offers no help other than contact the seller. I have tried turning it also but to no avail , it’s just very poor quality and if this review saves one more from falling into this pit of disaster, I will have at least let it be known how sorry the product isAlso, Amazon gives you a big window of 30 days to return, at 30 days this topper had not failed but now after 70 days it’s going to thrown awayJust watch out how much faith you put into Amazon being there for youTheir only suggestion to me was contact the seller , they got their money and that’s all they r in it for

Look elsewhere*UPDATE-Their customer service reached out to me which says good things about this company/seller. They helped make things right. Therefore an upgrade to 4 stars because customer service goes a long way these days*It’s been 4 days and this 3″ topper is fully expanded at max 2″. It is literally cheap, soft foam-no dense foam bottom layer for support….just a bunch of squishy foam that serves no purpose and definitely will not last long at all! What a waste of money and how can it be returned?? This was meant to top 2 guest beds. One bed I already have an excellent topper that I now regret not buying the same one when comparing the huge differences in quality. Save yourself the hassle and spend a few extra dollars on a better quality topper. The only nice feature is the cover.

Excellent customer service!I loved the idea of the zip off/washable cover, but I don’t find this topper very comfortable. I’m disappointed that I paid so much for this and I honestly wish I could return it.**edited** I had to edit my review because they went out of their way to insure that I was happy. Excellent customer service- in fact one of the best I’ve encountered in years of using Amazon.

Would like a better fastening system, but this is an adequate topper.In two months my 230 pounds seems to be making a dent in the hip area on my side of the bed. I will do some extra rotating. This topper is better than our last which cost twice as much. So, there are improvements. Of course, purchasing a topper permanently attached to a mattress is worse, since it ages the mattress too fast. The top material is too slick, so expect to have to find a firm way to mount sheets.

Maybe not for usThe product is as described but the problem is you don’t know if it will work for you until you try it. We found that it makes are bed to tall and holds the heat in. I find it pain relieving but my wife does not. We will give it a week and re evaluate but it’s probably going back

Best RV Mattress Topper EVERI boycotted Amazon during the entire Plandemic shut down so for me to write this review says a lot. I recently started purchasing again as we needed RV supplies for our two week summer vacation across the country.This Bed Story 3” matress topper was a life saver for our RV road trip. We have a Tiffin Allegro fold out queen sleeper sofa that has an air mattress inside a matress cover. We never used the air matress and laid this mattress topper right on top of the deflated sofa sleeper mattress and it worked perfectly! Very comfortable and great quality. No toxic off gassing that we noticed. Our 4 month old grand baby and her mama slept great on it too.During the day time when not in use we brought two bungie chords and either rolled it up and tossed on the back king bed or we laid it out on top of the king bed so our daughter could have more room to breastfeed/nap with her baby.We also bought the twin and full size for the upper drop down bed above the driver/passenger area and another one for the futon like smaller sofa. My son actually ended up using one of the mattress toppers for his rv rental RV bed that was like a rock and said it was a total game changer and he was shocked how comfortable it was.Our entire family has purple mattresses at home and we get sore sleeping on vacation home or hotel mattresses…but this bed story topper changed all that. I planned on buying a custom mattress for the RV fold out sleeper sofa but now I may just keep this Bedstory topper and save the $600-1,000

I’m happy with this productI had an expensive 3″ topper for some years and then tossed it because it was so old. This one was about half the price but not the cheapest. I really like it. It’s a tad firmer and not mushy which I like. It seems to cushion by body really well and comfortably without being too soft. I have a Sealy Posture Pedic and it just too hard. I’m a side sleeper and it hurt my hips to sleep on that mattress. The new topper handles this completely. It’s a very good product for this price.
