Very awesome for the price!The bed came in 2 shipments, both arrived ahead of schedule, which was great since my mattress arrived early. My boyfriend helped with the assembly, which was pretty easy (about 1.5-2 hours). I would have been able to do it myself no problem, but of course having assistance makes it go faster. I would recommend a power drill when you screw in the slats at the end; it’ll save you time and strain on your wrist.The upholstery is pretty nice (I work in an architecture firm and previously did residential interior design so I know my fabrics); it doesn’t look cheap and is relatively soft but feels durable. Stitching was fine and linear (no wonky threading or zig-zaggy stitching). The tufting is more subtle, the buttons aren’t super deep so it adds just enough texture to the headboard. The leg finish isn’t the best, so be careful with them; if you knock them around I can see the paint chipping off pretty easily. They come with felt pads which is nice if you have hardwood floors.The headboard doesn’t go all the way to the ground, so if you’re looking for a flushed, tufted look this is not the bed for you. I however liked the open access, so I can reach our outlet behind the bed. The arms on the side hide the air gap, and with pillows, blankets, and a comforter you don’t even notice the gap like other beds. If you have a boxspring, this won’t be an issue for you. I bought a latex mattress (9″ high) and that hides the gap pretty well (I will try to add photos later). There’s still about a 1-2″ air gap before the headboard starts, but you can’t see it with the finished bed and pillows.The nailheads on the arms add a nice touch a bit of extra detail and are linear, again no wonky misalignment.I’ve looked at beds from Pottery Barn, West Elm, RH, etc. and I liked a few, but not enough to excuse the price. So I settled for something that is a huge step up from my college days (lol) and I am so happy with this purchase. You just can’t beat this price and I was surprisingly happy with the quality of the craftsmanship (sturdy, easy assembly/disassembly, not squeaky) and the fabric. I can now wait a while, save up money, and buy my dream bed in the future (I’m too used to custom pieces, they’re just so expensive!). For now, this bed is great.

Worth every penny!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I LOVE this bed!! Very sturdy and solid. It looks expensive and definitely like something you’d buy at a higher end furniture store. It was very easy to put together. I shopped around for an upholstered bed for quite a while. So glad I got this one.The directions were easy and simple to follow. Kudos to whoever created their manual and labeled their packaging. I have put together a lot of furniture in my day and hard to follow manuals can be the deal breaker. Yes, it will take some time to assemble it but it is very sturdy so it has a lot of nuts and bolts. I put it together by myself in about 2 hours.I was very pleased with some things I wasn’t expecting…the legs have felt padding on them which makes it easy to slide on hard flooring. I got the king bed and I can push it easily to get to the plug behind the bed. You also do not need to use a box spring with this bed.Don’t hesitate….BUY THIS!!

Gorgeous & Sturdy!LOVE this bed, but not really the color. I was hoping that it would be a lighter beige. It’s a little too yellow for my liking. It’s super sturdy and took me about 2 hours to put together by myself. NO BED BUGS!

Nice bed except don’t sit on the edgeWe bought this to furnish our new house, the boxes it came in were a little torn up but no big deal (that’s shipping for you). The product looked good and was fairly easy to assemble, as long as you have 2 people. After reading reviews of bed bugs I checked the padding and everything throughout and never saw any but sprayed using essential oils to kill anything that could be on it to be on the safe side. It looks good once put together, I mean obviously it’s not super high end but it’s nice. My one complaint is that a week after having it a 165 lb person sat on the edge of the bed to put on shoes and yoyhear a crack/pop noise and it seems that the footboard somehow popped or broke in two. The bed didn’t break but it now makes a popping noise of you touch the footboard so it’s a little annoying just because if you get something new you don’t expect that to happen. But it still is functional. I would recommend a bunkie board though… because tucking sheets in is awful with the crossboards.For reference we purchased a king bed and the bed does seem sturdy except the footboard.

Beautiful end product but multiple damged/defective pieces, 4 hour assembly, and lots of DIY required – Buy with cautionWhen fully assembled, this bed frame looks fantastic. However, to get to the end product, you will likely need additional tools (including a drill), creativity, brute strength, and about 4 hours of time from 2 people.Packaging/Delivery: Well below average compared to other IKEA-type furniture purchased on Amazon. Compares poorly to other similar products like Zinus. The cardboard was flimsy and the packages arrived with big chunks out of the boxes and a stab mark through all of the layers of packaging directly into the linen. Thankfully, the stab hole was on the inferior portion of the side piece and we can’t really see it.Hardware: Bordering on unacceptable. As above, the linen portion was damaged. The wood slats along the bottom were fairly warped and needed straightening. The metal supports were all bent and needed to be straightened with large pliers and a lot of torque. One of the end pieces was bent about 150 degrees and took about 15 minutes of careful bending with a towel and pliers to not strip off all the paint. Worst of all: one of the side pieces had the pilot holes drilled all about 1.5 inches too high. It’s as if someone lined it up on the machine wrong, didn’t test it at all, and just was like “eh, forget it, that’s close enough”. We had to drill three new pilot holes directly into the wood frame and cut treads into the wood by hand using the flimsy hardware. This part alone took about 45 minutes.End Product: From start to finish, it took my wife and I about 4 hours to assemble this frame. I consider us relatively handy people, and we recently assembled a Zinus bed frame in about 1 hour. Honestly, I originally wanted to buy another Zinus in our master, but my wife thought the headboard was just too short, which is why we got this upholstered platform bed (51″ vs 38″). My forearms and back are on fire from pulling and torquing so hard. Bottom line: the end product really looks great and feels very sturdy, but it took an exceedingly long time to get there and a lot of work on our part to fix/repair all of the damaged/defective pieces. Do not buy this frame if you are looking for a quick assembly or if you are a little older and would find a lot of strenuous work to be a difficult challenge.

Love this bedThe only problem I have with this headboard is that it’s not really a beige color, it’s more of a tint of green. I would recommend buying a different color. I’m very sad with how the color is, but I’m trying to make most of it. Still cute. Also, I was very worried about all the reviews of bedbugs, so once this was delivered I sprayed ALOT of bedbug spray on every piece before I put it together. I had the bed for over a month. I have no problems with bedbugs. So if you really like this bed, buy some bedbugs spray and spray the hell out of it. And, it took me about 2 hours by myself to put it together, it was fairly simple. Overall, I’m satisfied with the purchase.

Elegant and well made. Sturdy and StylishI was very impressed by the quality of this bed. DONT BE AFRAID of the giant hardware bag. Get a drill Get abeverage Put on some music and go to town. I am a single woman and I bought the King, It took me 2 hours with interruptions / distractions to build but I did it on my own. What I did NOT do n my own was get it upsairs. Its heavy . However you can open the velcro in the headboard and remove the legs etc to carry seperately. The slates screw in which is nice especially on the King. The headboard looks more substaintial in the amazon pic but its still nice. 51″ . I have a thick DREAMCLOUD mattress and no box spring. With the box spring the head board would be hidden. BUT what i love is that the bed sits a good height with the legs and a thick mattress. its no a low profile modern look. Its substantial and beautiful . The Fabric is quality . I read all of these reviews and I had no smell, no wierd holes to drill, all the nailheads were in place and straight. No staining . all was perfect . I work in retail furniture and this customer experience was top notch. I also highly recommed the DREAMCLOUD mattress. LOVE THIS NEW BED COMBO of mine! The queen is happy! 🙂

Great inexpensive bed and amazing quality for the price.I was so horrified of the reviews last year of bed bugs I almost went with another bed. However after recent reviews I decided to give it a try and open it outside before bringing it in. I didn’t see anything but I still sprayed flea furniture spray on it. During assembly we noticed on of the legs of the headboard was different thickness. It was level so we just continued (not sure if that is going to bite us in the butt in the future but we already waited awhile.) It’s really nice and sturdy for the price!

It has a pale green tintI really wanted to love this bed, but ultimately had to return it. This was mentioned by several reviewers and they were right – this bed is not a true light beige or cream color, it gives off a pale green tint. There was no way to accessorize this bed … no colors looked good because of the bed’s green color. If this bed had been a true beige or cream color I absolutely would have kept it because the shape and size were perfect. Even the many other reviewers that didn’t specifically mention the green color DID notice the color wasn’t actually as pictured.
