Soft to Sit In but Feels Very DurableFirst the cons: its big and heavy, more than I thought it would be, but I wouldn’t change it smaller, I like its size for how well it feels when in it. But do have help moving the huge box inside unless you are fit enough to move over 40 pounds in a box big enough it can hold a plus size person, or open and take piece by piece inside and the seat n back still have lots of weight by themselves.2nd Con: there were some minor alignment issues. 1st being the left arm bottom seat holes being too close together so one of the screws seem strained and was very hard to screw in to get arm not to be wobbly…its only part I do worry the screw may one day snap due to the strain. That could be something that might need changing, more quality control to be sure holes are straight and in perfect distances. Another alignment issue is fact the tilt handle does basically nothing even after unscrewing the tension knob halfway or so, however your seat sits when first pushed down is about the tilt you get, mine is flat mostly, but I do get a sliding off the seat feeling especially when I first sit down and haven’t been able to tilt it yet to change that, but having something to prop feet up on a bit helps to not have the feeling (also my plus size weight may of helped weigh the padding a bit as I sat in chair so the feeling goes away after a few minutes of sitting in it…when I get up the padding all bounces back).I decided to use the wheels that come with the chair first, before maybe one day switching to those fancy rubber rollerblade kind; and these original wheels hold the chair up with me in it so far (couple days of hours n hours use) and they roll really easily….especially on hard surface…have to be careful I don’t fly back into the wall when trying to sit down…in future may get a area rug for chair to sit on so it won’t fly away when I just sat down.The plus side: this chair is hands down more padded and comfortable then the over 14 year old computer chair from staples…especially now its padding is nonexistent. At this point almost any chair would be an improvement, but this chair is more comfortable than even my rocking recliner loveseat combo in the living room and seems like it has a more sturdy foam padding in it. Time will tell and I will update in future if things change. I was worried the padding for my plus size self might be too hard to be comfortable for my average sized hubby, but he too says it feels way better than the old chair and helps his lower arthritic back to not hurt when sitting in it….so its comfortable for all here :)in all I’m happy with this chair, I hope I don’t have to move its location much though due to its large heavy size, rolling it does very easy, its the picking up to move around I wouldn’t want to do (and in that case unscrewing the 4 screws that hold the back on, to move bottom seat wheels n handles separate from back will make that much easier). I’m also glad it did come with a few spare screws in case one breaks (though have no idea how I would clean out the other broken side so a new one would fit in). Guess the spares are good in case machines miscount number to be put in other sections.

ComfortableI felt the package should be very troublesome to assemble .when I. Started it, I found that it was actually quite simple.i encountered a little trouble in the installation process, but the manual helped me solve this problem,so I must follow the manual l this chair is very comfortable to sit up,and you won’t feel uncomfortable in your waist when you sit for 4-5 hours! The seat cushion is quite thick and should be filled more fully! Nice office chair!

This is truly a big and tall chair for the big and tall, not just in name.This char has a wider back and seat then most chairs sold as big and tall. The arms also are longer, farther forward giving you more support for your arms. The seat and back are very adjustable so you can find your perfect comfort spot so as not to compromise your productiveness while sitting. Chair rolls smoothly and quietly, it also swivels nicely, smoothly and effortlessly. Initially three was a problem with some missing parts and as soon as the company learned of it they promptly remedied the problem with outstanding customer service. I would highly recommend this chair.

Finally a good chairGreat chair, very strong. It’s not hard to put together. I used to just sit on a bar stool, and having this has been a godsend for my back. The difference is night and day. I even think it’s better than the old tables and chairs I used to have at home, which were really nice. I’m very happy with the chair so far.

So far okayI recently purchased this chair and as of right now it feels pretty comfy. The assembly was super east and the directions were very easy to follow. No negative feed back as of now.

Very comfortable office chairI really like this chair. It’s perfect for people who work from home, and there’s never an uncomfortable spot for me. My only concern is that the lever holding you back will slowly loosen and drop you. But I didn’t have to worry. It’s super comfortable

At 5 ft 11, this chair is a little largeThe chair is a little large for me at 5 ft 11. So I added a small lower back pillow and it now feels greatI just wish the tilt release lever on the left side could lock the tilt angle when desired. Also, the width of the arm rest are a little wide for gripping when getting up. I find the chair very comfortable but I think it ideally fits a larger person than me

It’s the chair I needI’m looking for a classic office chair that’s warm and comfortable. Because I don’t want the plastic mesh office look….. This chair is sturdy, feels like a car seat, is comfortable, very happy to buy, and compared to other non-leather options, the chair is definitely worth it

Solid and comfyIt’s been a few days since I received the item. Installed is fast and easy， This chair is so comfortable to sit on. I bought a gaming chair before, and it was not comfortable at all to sit hard. Because I have to sit for a long time every day and play games. Very good I like it, maybe I will buy another one for the next room.

I use this everyday for 8hrs+ a dayGreat chair, still holding up very strong, haven’t seen any issues like screws coming undone, the back and arm breaking off, leans back without making me feel like my big butt about to fall out of the chair! Extremely comfortable, and it’s been about 3 months that I’ve been using it, and gaming in it everyday!! Other chairs the padding is squashed and flat in a years worth, I will update when it comes but this chair seems to feel almost new still as I write this review! Should be mindblowing for any heavy set gamer looking for a long lasting chair
