The chair is good, the company’s support not so much.I’m a big person at 6’5 and over 300 lbs. It’s been a bit of a struggle to find “big and tall” chairs that have the specs to support me. This one arrived later than anticipated, more likely a shipping issue than really being on them, and was missing several of the screws needed for assembly. So the day I received the box, I unpacked it and reviewed the contents and found that rather than 20 of one type of screw, I had 2.So I put everything back in the box to the best of my ability and sent the seller a message describing the missing screws in detail, listing the order # and gave my address. My hope being that they would be able to quickly send out the missing items. Instead, I waited 2 days and was asked for a picture of the instruction manual with the missing items circled. I followed the request and waited another couple of days. The next response asked me for my address and phone #, so I sent another reply with that information. Two more days later I get a reply telling me that their replacement parts would need to ship from China and that it may take a long time, so they suggest that I go out to buy the parts and send them the amount so they could reimburse me for the purchase. The same day, I receive a package with ALL the parts for the chair, but only 6 of the missing 18 screws. I inform them and they suggest that I proceed with buying the missing parts anyway. At this point they’ve refunded me $20 for the trouble, which I appreciated.So a week after receiving the late package I go out and buy the screws (over $60) and assemble the chair. I message the seller with the exact amount needed to replace the missing screws. Two days later they issue another $20 refund and say they’re working on the rest. There is apparently some system issue that’s preventing the $40+ remainder, but they’re working on it. Then they ghost me for over a week.The chair is good. It’s keeping my big butt off the ground as intended and the modular/detachable vibrating cushion is surprisingly effective. The footrest attached is basically useless: it extends to the top of my calves leaving another foot or more of my legs completely unsupported. Sadly this seems to be the new fad in gaming chairs (I tried finding chairs without a footrest at all or with one in a different style because this wasn’t a surprise).A word of warning: the chair seems a bit tall for maybe the majority of people. I’m using it at the shortest height and with the armrests at their shortest, and there is not much room to get it under my desk, which is taller than the average. This is a lot of speculation on my part, but it seems like a more typical desk may not be tall enough for this chair to fit under while not in use.Edit to add: The company finally got the refund issue sorted out, so we’re square now with them having paid for all the missing parts that should have been included with the original package. This required me submitting a refund request after the initial 30 day Amazon refund window closed in order to allow the company to do something on their end that took an additional 10 or so days. So, long story short: the company will do the right thing, but you’re going to need to stay on top of it and be very patient.

Nice leather Office ChairIt is a very nice office chair. At first, I want to mention that I am 5′-11″ and around 150lb, so I am not a very big person. The sit base of chair is a great size fix with my hips.The neck rest place on a nice position that supports my neck and makes me feel comfortable.There are a lot of adjust abilities, not only the height and angular of chair back. The back rest/pillow, neck rest/pillow, footrest and armrests are moveable. I like the back rest since it can adjust it to support my back in order to make me comfortable.I prefer the skin of chair is leather. It makes chair looks cool and durability.

Mostly really goodSo I’ve had the chair for a little while now and it’s really held up. I’m 6’2” and 280lbs and I haven’t had any problems with the chair. The seat is very comfortable and has remained that way since day one. The only “issue” I’ve had with it was after the first few days the chair began to squeak very loudly. And it hasn’t changed. When repositioning or standing up/sitting down it’s really really loud. Otherwise, I’m still really happy with it

Excellent chair and really supportive and comfortableI’m really satisfied with this purchasing experience. The chair is really solid. And after sitting and playing games over four hours, my neck fills comfortable and no hurt at all. So, would say this chair is really supportive and comfortable when I’m sitting on there. I love the arm rests that can adjust the height as my table. This makes me very comfortable when I’m playing games. And the footrest are nice. Overall, really great chair, comfortable and supportive, no flaws, would recommend to all my friends.

Works great for us office workers too!I bought this chair because my office chair was hard to sit in for hours at a time. The gaming chairs started showing up in my searches, probably because I kept adding things that I wanted to have in an office chair. I am very happy with this chair but wish there was a little more padding in the seat cushion. I have a bad back so the extra cushion would be nice. Still way better than an office chair! Why should gamers be the only ones to benefit from a chair like this?

Very good size and good supportI recently got this chair and it works great. The set up was very easy with the instructions. The chair itself is very comfy and supports my back comfortably. It also leans back without worry of the chair tipping over, and the best is the chair size is big enough to fit my whole body in.

Great back and neck supportGreat back and neck supportWhen the chair came in and my neighbor started putting it together for me we discovered there were two right arms. On a positive note I got a fast response from customer service. They would ship me a new left arm. In addition they would offer me a $20 credit which turned into a $30 credit. What was not explain to me was that the arm was being shipped from either China or Japan. It got here in about nine days which shocked me. However, I had to figure out where it was coming from myself which upset me. They gave me the wrong tracking number which belong to someone in Washington DC. Customer service apologized and provided the correct tracking number 2 days before it was to arrive. When the arm got here my neighbor a few days later, put the chair together. The buttons on the arm to raise and lower it, one faces in and one faces out. My neighbor felt like it was not that big of a deal, however I do because of the cost of the chair. I have been using the chair since Thursday, and it has already started squeaking.The chair is made for a big and tall person, however I thought that it would be substantial seating even though the sides of the chair have a lip. I wish I would have ordered a flat seated chair. The foot rest or leg rest wiggles. it works but it does not feel very stable. I am upset that two days later the chair is already squeaking. On the side you have the option of raising and lowering the chair and another section that says that she can be free or lock it. I am not able to lock the chair. The chair has no rocking motion. The back of a chair is very supportive the neck rest is perfect the lumbar support with a little pillow is perfect. Vibration function is niceI wish I had never ordered this chair

Extremely comfortableI’m a larger guy (6’2 225lb) and this chair is perfect. Most other gaming chairs I’ve tried are slightly too small which can lead to discomfort during prolonged usage. This on the other hand is so comfortable I feel like I could sleep in it. It is also very sturdy w robust parts

Skip the SUMMER chair and order the CLASSIC chairI ordered the SUMMER chair for my nephew, thinking that it would be good to have the cooling feature in the Texas heat. We attempted to assemble the chair and these are our observations of the SUMMER chair:1. The base of the SUMMER is not metal. It is made of thick plastic. Seemed sturdy enough, but looks kind of cheap.2. The bottom of the seat cushion had a tear. I highly recommend examining the parts of the seat before you put things together. We didn’t notice until we got to that step that it was damaged. Since the damage was on the bottom of the seat, we thought we could live with it, so we continued the build.3. Most of the top of the bottom seat cushion is made of fabric mesh with fans underneath. It is not leather. It was like those cars that have partial fabric and partial leather. We did not like the look or feel of it at all, but we thought we would give it a chance, so we continued the build.3. The instructions are not very clear, but everything is kind of self-evident if you are used to building things. It definitely helps to have two people build because it is easier to align the parts, especially the arms, seat back assembly, and plastic coverings. I like the way the big screws are already loosely tightened on the chair parts to show you where they go, and you simply have to unscrew them and reassemble as you go along. That was helpful.4. You have to plug in the chair in order to get the fans to work. For a rolling and swiveling chair, this makes absolutely no sense because you cannot use either of those features while using the fan. The length of the cord was restrictive as well. I guess for someone that stayed stationary, this would be fine, but it did not suit our needs.5. The fans in the seat cushion is a nice idea, but actually very uncomfortable. You can feel a slight hum under your bum, and quite honestly it didn’t feel very cooling at all. Not sure if ours was working, but it was definitely not comfortable.6. We did not like the feel of the combination mesh fabric/leather bottom. That part didn’t seem like it was very high-quality. Didn’t like the look of the SUMMER chair overall but did like the look of the back part (which was all leather) of the seat.7. Was able to disassemble most of the chair, but could not disassemble the base. This prevented me from putting the chair back in the original box for return. I got a “shorty wardrobe” box from the moving store, and all of the parts fit nicely in that box. We returned the SUMMER chair.8. There were aspects of the SUMMER chair that we liked, so we figured we would try the CLASSIC chair based on the reviews, so I ordered it. Night and day difference between quality of the SUMMER chair and the CLASSIC. The all-leather bottom seat cushion of the CLASSIC chair makes a huge difference in the overall look of this chair since it makes it look expensive and classy. In my opinion, the SIMMER chair looked much cheaper and kind of dumpy because of the mesh on the bottom seat cushion. Also, the CLASSIC chair has a high-quality, all-metal base, which looks better and is much more substantial than the plastic base of the SUMMER chair.We absolutely love the look and feel of the CLASSIC chair!! I am extremely picky, and for a chair in this price point, I don’t think you could get better.Bottom line is definitely skip the SUMMER chair and order the CLASSIC chair.

Supportive and comfortable!When buying a chair, I always go for a gaming one cuz it is indeed the best type. And this one is especially a outstanding one. Great quality, support my back and whole body very well and incredibly comfortable. Ez to assemble with clear instructions. The message functions are also very impressive to have.
