Great bedframe!This bedframe was a purchase made for my first apartment. I wanted something sturdy and “industrial” in style. When I received this frame, i was surprised by the true sturdiness. I’m about 5’10” and 230lb. It is quiet, strong, and VERY easy to put together! The wood for the headboard appears to be manufactured, and came with a few small nicks. I didn’t mind because, well… at least I’m not sleeping on the floor! I highly recommend buying if you are looking for a sturdy bed frame!

So far, it’s okay..Headboard came a little dented from the screws. It’s okay though. One of the pieces did not align right. See picture. Took about fifteen minutes to get this part right. Easy to assemble. If you have a rubber mallet, it can come in handy towards the end. Major advice: do not tighten until completely assembled.Otherwise, it fits my California King mattress just right.Update Sept. 28th-( 2 days after purchase)The bed frame make noise. Coming in and out of the bed you can hear it by the headboard. Not too loud but noticeable. I have inspected this. I loosened the bolts and tighten them again. Let’s see if this helps. Or if it’s part of it.

Very good bed frameOverall this is a great bed frame. I just wish it was a little set in so you didn’t have to add this mattress keepers. They stick up high and do worry me about my kid getting in and out of bed. I have even knocked them off when messing with the mattress. Do seem a little unsafe. I did end up removing them. The mattress doesn’t seem to move that much. Some of the hole didn’t line up well so did have to force it in place.

Arrived DamagedReceived with gashes and scratches on headboard.***********UPDATE************The manufacturer “BOSRII” contacted me immediately to see what they could do to resolve the issue with my scratched headboard. They expressed that they were sorry and since they were “OUT OF STOCK” of the “Cal-King” sized headboards (the size I had ordered)….they offered to refund me the cost of the headboard itself. There was NO issue with the bed frame…(only the headboard) so I accepted their offer. I am VERY HAPPY with my bed…and am impressed with this manufacturer…for contacting me in such a swift manner and resolving this issue in a fairly. I would DEFINATELY order from them in the future. I LOVE my bed. (And so does “BOONIE” the dog. As you can see!!!) 💓💓💓

Quality Product.I was very pleased with the quality of this bed frame. What I like about this bed is the middle bar that holds the slats. This makes it very sturdy as the slats do not go all the way across the entire width of the frame. Also, It was packaged extremely well, which made the set super easy. I would definitely buy this again if I need another bed frame.

It was more work to put together than ikea furnitureIf you enjoy assembling furniture and troubleshooting your own problems, then this item is for you.I will start with a positive that once it’s finally put together, it’s sturdy and looks nice.Now onto the issues: it took several hours to put together because the holes were not milled properly so it took a lot of strength and finesse to get the screws to go in without stripping them — which is exactly what I wanted to avoid by not purchasing from ikea. The tools included were handy but very cheap and eventually wore on your fingers, so I switched to my own tools after a while. Additionally the MDF board is very cheap quality and the headboard arrived slightly bent.That being said, it’s not horrible for $160 but in retrospect I would have spent more for something that didn’t have as many issues and was slightly higher quality.

NOT 14″ of storage space!We decided to upgrade to a California King bed from a Queen as a present to ourselves this Christmas. Since we were changing bed size, we needed new everything. I wanted to get a decent bed frame, but didn’t want to spend a fortune.We previously had a Zinus frame with 14″ storage underneath, which was very convenient for storage, and I knew I wanted to be able to keep storing the same tubs underneath. I also wanted something with a built-in headboard so I could lean back without pushing the bed away from the wall. According to the specs on the page, this should have checked all the boxes and so I ordered it.Unfortunately, after spending 1.5 hours or so assembling it I double checked the height because it looked suspiciously short and it is actually only 12″ of storage space underneath! My storage boxes are all about 13″ tall, so they won’t fit. The advertisement for this bed is very, very clear about it having 14″ of storage space, so I was quite disappointed to find out it was a lie. If it wasn’t so hard to take apart (I’m not actually sure it will even come apart) I would likely choose to return it and get one that actually has 14″ of space.In addition to the storage space underneath being shorter than advertised, be aware that the slats are over 7″ apart. I’ve never seen a memory foam bed that didn’t require at 5″ or less between slats. My new bed – a Zoma – requires 3″ maximum between slats. Having more distance between slats voids the warranty. I was pretty sure from the pics that it would be insufficient, but I was surprised at just how far apart the slats are and want to make sure that anyone else considering this realizes they probably either need to put plywood under the mattress like I did or use a box spring in order to give sufficient support.Assuming you don’t care about the storage or the slat spacing, this does seem to be a pretty sturdy bed. I’ve only slept on it for one night, but it is quiet and feels solid. It was a pain in the butt to put together, but mostly because I did it by myself – two people would have been easier. Also, a few screws were extremely tight fits and required exceptional force to tighten – and I’m not sure I could ever get them back out again. The wood looks decent from a distance but is definitely cheap fake wood. You could upgrade it with real wood fairly easily though I think. For the price though, this all is about what I’d expect.If it weren’t for the false advertising concerning the height under the bed, I would have given this a higher rating. For the price I think it is a pretty good bed, but just be aware that if the storage space sells you on it like it did me, you’ll be quite disappointed. I’m going to have to buy 8 bed risers just so I can put my tubs back underneath, and they’re going to look ugly and prevent the bed from being pushed all the way against the wall like I’d prefer.
