Nice chair, but…Build quality OK. Wheel base came with some minor paint imperfections. Going to take some abuse there anyway, and it wasn’t too noticeable anyway. Now that I’ve had the chair a while and using it for 10 hours a day M-F, I have 2 complaints. 1) About once a week I have to lower it. It slowly creeps back up about .25″. 2) The seat bottom can make your bottom sore after extended periods. Its cushy at first, but by the end of the day you’ll want to stand. I placed a small folded blanket on the seat and it helped. SO a little more seat cushion would be ideal. My weight is well under the stated 275 lbs, at 150. With complaints out of the way, the positives: 1) Pleather seems like it will be durable and construction/sewing is decent. 2) The lumbar support is excellent. 3) The chair keeps you more upright unlike many gaming chairs which have a more relaxed position that isn’t suitable for office work.Overall good value for the money if you can pick up on sale.Update (6 months).Chair is still comfy. I had to tighten and locktite the screws on the arms once, not again since. Biggest complaint at this point is that I am constantly having to adjust the height. It started out by raising itself slowly. Now it will lower itself as well, sometime upwards of 1″. Will probably start looking for another chair soon. Down to 3 stars from previous 4.

Waited for a long time for nothingThis item was delivered late & missing the following screws qty.1 short screws, Qty.2 Long Screws, Qty.1 Middle sized screws & Qty. 2 Caps as well. I really liked the way the chair looked and felt, but I’m unable to use it safely with it missing 4 screws that’s hold the chair together.

Low quality parts.Seems like quality but after 14 months issues start. The lift support can not longer hold my weight each and everyday. I only weigh 170 and now the chair sinks 1 to 1.5 inches each day so I constantly have to raise it. I never touched this until it started to fail. I typically set the height and leave it just like I did with my last chair that lasted 14 years, this can’t even last 14 months.

Cheapand certainly not worth the money. The quality is below what it would cost for a chair of similar quality at a Staples in the 80 dollar price range. Avoid like the plague.
