Good furniture, cheap hardware, non-existent customer serviceI’m literally writing this review while I’m on hold for the 3rd time today trying to get through to customer service after being hung up on the first two times after half hour waits. I’m missing two pieces that were supposed to be here by now but who knows where they are. The furniture looks great but the screws are super cheap and get stripped with just a regular screwdriver, I’d suggest finding some similar screws to use once yours get stripped, because they will.
