Medium Firm is SOFT SOFT SOFTThe Quality of the mattress itself seems quite good with nice handles on the side. If you like a firmer mattress but not too firm, medium firm is just too soft. If you had a heavy object (i.e. bowling ball), it would sink completely in and be locked in place. Maybe the Firm would be enough to not be trapped by the mattress? – no idea. Even after 4 days, the free pillows never inflated – they are tiny rumpled postage stamps so do not count on them for comfort either.Unfortunately, UPS never marked this as delivered so Amazon will not issue a return label nor can I exchange it until it shows delivered. UPS did a number on the box, also, which isn’t surprising due to the weight (70lbs) so bear that in mind if you think you could want to return this mattress.The short story is that the mattress seems nice but the hassles presented by ordering online are not worth it. So If the system ever registers that I got this mattress I will start the return process, get a refund and buy locally so I can move out of my guest room and back to my own room.

Great mattress!Not only can you rotate the mattress, you can flip it over! One side is firmer than the other. I was very skeptical purchasing a bed in a box, especially because I’m used to purchasing Stearns and foster mattresses, but we have been very impressed! And saved ourselves thousands of dollars!
