Description
The Carter’s Nolan 4-in-1 Convertible Crib is a clever combination of a classic Americana design with romantic farmhouse styling. The Nolan highlights a contemporary shiplap style planked headboard framed by traditional curved-top molding. Converts to a toddler bed, day bed, and full-size bed for use long past the nursery years.

Good crib but doesn’t come with Toddler Conversion pieceThis is a nice crib, not solid wood, and many little pieces of hardware during assembly including nuts that have to be turned just right which makes it a little bit of a pain for one person to put together alone. However, good overall. I did feel like it was misleading that the toddler conversion piece was not included with the crib, which I had to purchase separately for an additional $79.

I really like this crib.We got this crib and we weren’t expecting the box to be so big but it was. We started setting it up in the living room and before we finished it we had to make sure it would fit down the hall and into the doorway we wanted. It didn’t first so we had to take one of the sides off to get it into the room. So if you have very narrow doorways do not set it up fully until it’s in the room you want it to be in.Once we got it in the room we finished the set up and it is sturdy so far. Baby won’t be here for 4 more months so right now we are using it for storage of all the baby items we are collecting. We had no problems with any of our pieces or parts and the crib is a beautiful white color. I love the design of the back and how high it is.Although we have 2 kids this was our first crib purchase as we used a hand me down crib for the other two kids that my sister gave us.The price was right and amazon even gave us a small coupon of $4 off to use on it so that was nice even though it wasn’t a lot.

Better than the picturesThis crib is much cuter than the pictures. Extremely sturdy and will last for as long as you need it too. I bought this as a shower gift for my niece and she was thrilled!

So far so goodYou always take a gamble buying on Amazon so I told my husband to check every piece as he unpacked the box and make sure he had all the parts before he started. Thankfully it arrived complete, on time and undamaged. There were slight imperfections here and there but nothing huge. Haven’t put my son in it yet but plan to update in the next 3 months to a year depending on how things go. It looks nice and matches the color online.

Assembly took 3 hoursTook my husband 3 hours to put it together some of the holes didnt line up. There is no threads in the holes so you have to put a little nut in the hole and hope you get lucking trying to line the screw up. One wall of the crib in lined up great the other side is outside of the back part of the crib sticking out because how they drilled the holes. Other than the poor assembly the crib has a nice look to it. I wish the mattress part came up higher for the newborn stage. Would not purchase again. Glad i did not waste the money on the conversion kit.

Dishonest Advertising/Dent and FlawThe four-in one convertible crib advertising is misleading. This crib is first, an infant/toddler crib, but to make it into other units…you are required to buy additional kits to do that. This was misleading to me as a customer. Also, it came with a dent in the top, main railing which wasn’t due to shipping because someone had tried to fill it in with white paint. There was also a line flaw in one of the railings which also looked like a manufacturing issue not a shipping issue. Other than that, it is a sturdy, well-made crib. I wish they’d have been more up-front about the need to purchase other equipment for the transformation to other units to make it a true four-in one convertible crib.

Decent crib but convertible toddler bed isn’t greatIt’s a nice crib but when you convert it to a toddler bed it costs another $90 to get the side panel. It’s set up so you can’t just go out and get a universal toddler rail either, and with the front rail gone the front corners look weird. This was a less expensive crib than a lot of them that we looked at but in hindsight I wish we would’ve spent more and bought one of the nicer ones that I had wanted in the first place.
