Pretty but very firm, creaks a lotI’ve had this piece in my living room for about 2 months. The assembly was not difficult, but some of the pre-drilled holes were more difficult to thread the screws into. The whole thing creaks loudly when you sit, no matter who is sitting on it. You can sit on it comfortably for about an hour, its really hard and firm – comfort level 3 out of 5. It’s a really pretty piece but not practical as everyday furniture – better for the office or waiting room, short sits.

Eh, it’s 3.5 stars.The packaging it came in was fairly well thought out. Handles of some sort would have been nice. Despite being compact, it is still probably a two person job to move it if it has a ways to go like up a staircase at an apartment. I managed by myself, but it was a bit of a challenge.The assembly was very easy, but one of the holes for the bolts was still covered by fabric, so I had to cut it out to get the bolt through. This would have been difficult to fix if it had happened on the other set of legs as the space is tighter. I did notice nicks in the legs while assembling. It was a bit disappointing to have new furniture already be damaged slightly.Once assembled it feels very sturdy and strong. The legs no longer have the ability to fold in with the bolts in place. It could handle some abuse from drunk friends or whatever else.The comfort level is mediocre. There’s no real support provided from the “cushioning”, and it seems like it’ll go completely flat in no time. This is coming from someone weighing 130 pounds mind you. I also feel the need for a pillow under my lower back unless I don’t extend my legs. The dip tries to force my lower back to curve the wrong way if I do extend my legs. I’m about 5’8″, so maybe others of different sizes would find it more comfortable.The look is very nice despite the minor damage it came with. It’s true to the pictures. The color is a little greener than a typical teal.Overall I’m not really sure if I’d buy it again. I was hoping for something a little more comfortable, but it’ll be an easy piece of furniture to move, and it looks nice. It’s not bad for the money. I’d never pay over 200 like some of these vendors are asking though.

Beautiful!Worth the splurge. It feels very comfy. I can relax with no issue. The legs are a bit shaky esp when moving it from one spot to another. It is heavy and awkward to tip upright. I fear the legs may break. It is safe to vacuum on velvet. My cat loves it and does not like to share!

PrettyGorgeous color and style. A little low to the ground and not sure how well material would hold up to heavy use but as an accent piece for my daughters room it is perfect. She says it’s comfortable. Considering getting in the garnet color also. Good value for price.

I wanted to love itI thought this was the perfect piece to complete my redecoration of my living room. The quality is nice, the color is pretty, but it is legit as low as a tanning chair. It just looks super dumb next to my other furniture. You cannot even see it next to the couch, so I rearranged the room. Still looks like a child’s lounge chair. I also then bought risers for it which look extra stupid, but I am not finding a box big enough to fold this thing back up into and lugging it to UPS to return it. If it were not a nightmare to do that though, it would no longer be sitting in my living room. So, if you’re looking for a super low piece of furniture that is beautiful and nice – this is your piece. If you’re not, check out the measurements carefully.

Would NOT recommendPro: it is prettyCons: entire row of nails connecting the lounger were not secure, causing extra hassle beyond what the simple directions lead you to believe; the fabric is nice but all other materials are VERY low quality, I’m 130 lbs and it’s rickety when I sit on it or change positionNOTE: the fabric is NOT teal, it’s emerald- just FYI it didn’t matter much to me but wasn’t what I expected. The piece seems to be for staging/looks, NOT for using.I would not buy it again or recommend you do, unless it’s more reasonably priced under $100 (I paid $177, feel ripped off every time I am on it and it’s uncomfy and creaking)

Looks great, but too low!The chaise itself looks amazing. I love the color! However, I wish it was taller!! It also looks bigger than what it is in the picture. Overall, it’s comfortable, but you do slide a little due to the material.

Pretty but just not functionalIt’s super cute if that’s all you’re purchasing it for, but the back sits too low so you really can’t sit in the piece. The fabric is also incredibly slippery so trying to prop yourself up results in just sliding back down. Comfort is acceptable if this is in your changing room to occasionally sit on but for anything else it’s just not right. The velvet itself is a beautiful teal and is gorgeous. Assembly is easy and we added additional washers around the bolts so it would sit more sturdy. I ended up returning it though as I need a functional piece of furniture.

Soooo ComfyI bought this for my dressing room and it had the look I wanted as well as the color but I was not prepared for how unbelievably comfy it is. My husband is 6’5″ tall with a bad back and he sneaks into my dressing room and falls asleep on it, it’s so comfy. The color is rich and it looks quite high end. I would order another if I had the room. Love, Love, Love
