What I expected, minus the dings and stainsThe product arrived with chipped wood on the legs and a stain on the fabric, leading me to believe it’s probably a return. Too bad – it’s exactly what I wanted/ needed.

Very soft and pretty benchI put this against the back of the sofa and use it to store extra blankets – not really for seating. It came fully assembled except for the legs, which just screw in. The covering is very soft and is a nice, warm ivory color. There is enough room to store four extra-thick blankets. The legs have casters on them that make the bench slide easily if it’s on non-carpeted flooring. If I need it for extra seating, I might consider replacing the legs or putting a rug underneath it.

Beautiful but not super sturdy feelingThis has an elegant look to it. Soft velvet is beautiful. Its very light, a little on the if-y side about sturdiness. I only use it for holding blankets. When I sit on it I get a little nervous. Lol

Good StorageA little low in height and stiff for seating, but it has ample storage for my shoes . I also like the velvet material and overall size. Arrived promptly.

Screws came outVery pretty ottoman, was a little worried to get the ivory with having kids but we sprayed it down with scotch guard and it has stayed pretty white still, however we have only had it for a few months now and the metal rod that allows the top to open up to the storage the screws have popped off the bar came off. It has now happened twice and they keep falling out.

Very PleasedMy bench arrived today. For what I wanted it for, I am very pleased with it. I am using it for clothing storage and there is so much room inside. As for comfort, the top is hard to sit on but I didn’t buy it to sit on. We will only do this to put on shoes. The bench is very attractive with pretty offwhite velvet material. 5 stars from me.

Nice Quality but Legs were too shortStorage Ottoman, interior dims: 13-1/2″ depth x 47″ wide x 9″ tall. Overall height with approx 3″ legs on unit was approx 13-1/2″ high which too low off the floor. We replaced the legs and bought 7″ high legs raising the overall height to 17″. Arrived well packaged and easily assembled. Pleased with purchase and goes nicely in Master bedroom.

I love it, but it’s kind of small .It’s a cute ottoman, but I expected it to be a bit larger. I’d originally intended to keep it in my living room, but due to its smaller size, I ended up putting it in my daughter’s room. It looks great and fits perfectly in her room ( both size and style ). She loves this ottoman and the extra storage it provides !
