Utterly disappointed- I received a chair with broken back!When I received the chair the box was intact and had no damage although you could see where the item was previously opened and returned.The chair itself looked fine and was very easy to assemble. However, as soon as the legs were attached and the chair was upright I could see that there was a significant slant on the top the chair. When I started to examine the chair further I discovered that the frame on the back of the chair was broken on the left side. Because its covered in fabric you don’t see it right way but as soon as you run your hand along the back you can feel the break. It feels like the wood piece is split into two and was only held together because its wrapped in batting and fabric. The structural integrity is compromised on the left causing the chair back to slant down on that side.Seeing as the box wasn’t damaged I can only assume that the quality control by the manufacturers failed here. I will be returning this item for a refund but I am so so annoyed that I now have to unassembled and wrestle this item back into its cover and the box it was shipped in.Its an attractive chair but I can’t speak to its comfort since its broken . Its a shame that the first review has to be a negative one but here we are. Hopefully the manufactures scrap this chair all together instead of repackaging it and sending it to another unsuspecting customer.

Perfect!Love it! Super comfortable and sturdy. Easy to put together, took about three minutes. Just have to put the legs on. It’s lighter in weight than I expected which is amazing since I’m using it as an office chair and I need to be able to push it in and out easily.
