Blue-gray, not charcoalSturdy, easy to assemble, and exactly what we were looking for … except the color. We expected “charcoal” to be dark gray; instead, it is blue-gray. We ordered two at the same time. They were shipped from two different warehouses. Fortunately, they match perfectly. Just wish they were a darker gray. The seats are firm and work well as booth-style seating at a table in our kitchen.

Great but arrived brokenI gave a 4 because it arrived with one of the hinges broken. It’s actually comfortable, but the storage seat is really hard to pull open…could be because of the hinge. We replaced the scew with a longer one because it would be to much trouble to send back. Other than the hinge being broken, I love the settee

Love it!!Perfect for my daughters room. Perfect size. It was super easy to assemble. Looks good. I gave it a four for comfort because it’s stiff not soft, so depending on your preference you may give it a 5!

Breaks right out of the box.SEAT BROKE OFF ITS HINGES UPON ASSEMBLY.CAME PREASSEMBLED WITH INCORRECT SCREWS.WOOD SCREWS INSTEAD OF MACHINE SCREWS WERE USED TO CONNECT THE LIFT UP SEAT TO THE HINGE.THIS BASEMENT BUSSINESS RETAILER RUINED A PERFECTLY GOOD PRODUCT WITH THEIR UNNECCESSARY PREASSEMBLY.WILL BE CONTACTING THE MANUFACTURER.
