Good product and company honors their warranty!First want to say the company “CHUN YI” is a A+++ company that believes in customer service and stands by their products and warranty.Purchased the 4” gel memory foam topper.Changed my bed from a stiff board into a comfortable mattress. This topper is just right, not to soft where you sink in and not to firm.As mentioned above the company is A+++,Topper developed a tear at the edge after 6 months , contacted the company and received a response with a solution in less than 24 hours , I was immediately shipped a replacement with no hassle at all. It’s good to know that this company believes in customer service and honoring it’s warranty!

It’s not quite as long or wide as the bedThe materials are good, the thermal distribution is good, the support is good. If the pad was actually long enough and wide enough to reach all four corners of the bed, it would be perfect. I can live with the slightly too short and too narrow proportions, and it would be too much of a hassle to exchange it, but buyer beware.

Quality made but too hard.It is simply too firm. I bought this to put on top of my too-firm memory foam mattress. It makes no difference. It is very firm. I am a side sleeper and it causes my hips to hurt. It is a shame and I am disappointed.

slip and slideIt looks like it should be very comfortable, not so much. I thought that the straps that hold it to the bed would be enough to keep it in place, but I have to pull it back up to the top of the bed each morning.I do not usually write a negative post but the thought of having to return this would be a nightmare.
