Very nice chairs!Except one chair that needed to have two of the holes drilled out a little to make it work, they are easy to assemble. The distributor was very cooperative in solving the issue I had with one of the chairs.

Quality Product and Customer Service AssistanceChairs are very nice and comfortable and have a “give” to them that allows a bit of rocking if the person sitting wants to. They are good quality and do not appear cheap at all.I had an issue with the base and seat back of one chair. The company sent replacement parts and I am very satisfied with the product AND more importantly, the company’s customer service department.I will shop this band/company again.

Beautiful chairsI love how these chairs look in my kitchen. I purchased these in July 2020, but one of the chairs’ fabric has started unraveling at the seams. Could someone offer assistance for this issue?

Good but could be betterI love the look and it looks quality but one of our chairs had a little rust and another had swirly scratches. Didn’t bother with customer service because they are not really noticeable. Besides that, i love the look and they’re comfortable. They’re a little hard but soften a little as you sit on it.
