Seat is a bit small. Arm rests are too short. The seat itself is a bit small. Would like it to be 3 inches bigger on each side, the seat itself is pretty comfortable, but if you’re rocking no pants your skin sticks to the seat. The arm-rests are a way too short. This chair was definitely designed for someone 5ft 5in and smaller. If you’re not around that height, look for a different chair. The assembly, for the most part, was straight forward. There were 3 screws that did not match where the holes were, and virtually all but 6 of the holes on the chair itself were still covered in material. You could tell where they tried to punch holes at, but they were incomplete. You have to use the provided screw-driver/allen wrench to open those holes. The parts feel pretty sturdy, it tightens nicely. It took me a couple of hours because I got confused on the layout of the hatches for laying the seat back, and adjusting the height of the seat. When assembling, it must be leveled with the screws, even if the holes are off. If it is not leveled, it will not fit the plates provided.3.5/5 stars from me.Pros- Tools/screws provided- Relatively straight forward to assemble- Simple instruction sheet on how to assemble- Very comfortable. Good lumbar support, seat is cushioned, head reset pillow is comfortable.- Adjustable height arm rests- Car design lay seat back handle for leveling the chair out. Pretty neat, feels like a car chair.Cons- Way too small if you’re under 5ft5in.- Arm rests are way too short. Need to be raised up 4 to 6 inches on the highest setting. Very annoying.- Holes in the chair were not punched all the way through. Some holes did not match where the threading for the screw was supposed to be.- Bottom support where wheels go are plastic.- Arm rests themselves are a bit too small. Would like them to be 2 to 4 inches wider.Suggestions:- Make the seat 3 inches bigger on the front, back, left, and right. Bigger seat. Same padding, very comfortable.- Make the armrests at the highest height 4-6 inches longer.- Ensure that the punches holes match the screws almost perfectly, and actually punch through them all the way.- Make the base metal instead of plastic, or metal with plastic casing for a sturdier feel.- Make the armrests themselves 2 to 4 inches wider. All in all, decent for ~$120 if you’re under 5ft 5 in.

It’s like a car seat.I needed a chair that would support my shoulders and the back of my head. I’m 5’9″. And this chair meets my expectations. I bought the chair damaged box at a lower price than retail and the deal was unbeatable. It took about an hour to assemble. The chair is 4/5 for comfort and is nicer than most office chairs. Most of the bad reviews appear to be by people who incorrectly assembled the chair.

Leans back too far to feel balanced. The cushion is pretty flat and sits at odd angles but it’s okay for the price. The standard wheels are pretty terrible but I just replaced them immediately upon arrival.
