Awesome and unique mountThis mount is an awesome little gadget! We just renovated our backyard and put in an outdoor kitchen. I wanted an outdoor TV to complete the room but I didn’t have a surface to use a traditional wall mount and I also didn’t want to mount it with a ceiling mount. I wanted to avoid drilling into my nice new pergola. This mount was the perfect solution to attach a 55” Samsung Terrace outdoor TV to a post of the pergola!It’s a pretty unique design. The straps are very strong and grip my 6” x 6” cedar post with no issue. The articulating arm itself is also quite sturdy and I like how it moves at three joints. Think shoulder, elbow, wrist. I can move the TV between a storage position and watching position quickly and easily.Leveling the TV is easy, but you will have to adjust the level in each position you want to view it. As the arm is moved, the level changes slightly with different distributions of weight across the joints. I would recommend getting the arm in a position you want to watch the TV and set the level for that. Then move it between that position and a storage/away position without worrying about level. Mine comes back level when I put it back in roughly the same position.Customer service was outstanding as well and answered all my questions very quickly (I’m an engineer so wanted to ask about a few things). They also sent me a couple missing screws very quickly. They were a refreshing interaction for Amazon sellers really, thanks guys!All in all this is a great solution for mounting a TV in unique and challenging places!

No screwing into your post I’m attaching it to the Costco aluminum pergola. Holding up well. I put a 50” tv on it. So far so good. Seems sturdy but kinda pricey but it’s working out for me. 👍🏻

Great product, not so great shippingThe idea of this is absolutely amazing as we have floor to ceiling windows and concrete column in the living room. With the tv mounted on the column and tv stand purposed as something else now, we now have an unrestricted view of our beautiful city. However, upon opening the box we discovered our product is missing one of the butterfly screws and the straps are pretty dirty(pics). Not sure if we got a used product or what. But, being that they are white straps, I feel the company should put more careful consideration in keeping the straps covered with plastic wrap or at least protected from the dirty warehouse or wherever these were housed at before shipment. Honestly, would’ve received a 5 star rating if I didn’t have any of these issues because it really is an innovative and simple product.

Dirty & usedThe item itself works well but I hired someone to install it. He was already here when we discovered the dirt so it’s too late for me to return or exchange the item. Now I’m stuck with a filthy mount that was advertised as brand new . I would like a discount on the item but that doesn’t seem to be an option

Amazing productI was initially skeptical but this is a very sturdy mount and comes with everything you need to put your tv up in minutes. I put up my 4k 65 inch Samsung tv and this holds it perfectly. The left right and in out motion is very convinient and works perfectly even with larger TV’s like 65 inch. All in all amazing product
