Product is fine. Delivery was a mess.Like I said, the product itself is fine. Mattress and box spring set to be delivered is a great deal. However, when checking out I was asked to specifically schedule a date and time for the item to be delivered since I had to sign for it, be home to let them in the house. I was planning to adjust my work schedule and had cleared that specific day/time to be home. A week before I got an email on Sunday night saying it would be delivered the next morning. Good thing I even checked my emails!! I had to scramble to rearrange my day to make the new delivery work. Why bother even asking for the specific date/time when you’re not even going to follow it?? So frustrating!

Loved New Bed !Got my bed today and I love it ! The moment we got it out of the plastic and set up, I took a nap in it and it felt wonderful. The bed is very firm and doesn’t squeak or make much noise. The box it came in was pretty messed up but it didnt affect the bed much. I had a small black mark (where it looked like it skidded) on the head but it didn’t affect the look of it. Would buy 5 of them for the price !

Delivery and set up problems!I think the product is great. However, your delivery contractor sucks. They sent one person, who did not want to carry everything past the front door. I had to help him get it off his truck (WTFO). Forget about him setting anything up. He did not even assist with taking the mattresses out of the freaking boxes. On this I give you a Minus 2 stars.

Mattress and Box spring SET is pretty good!We bought this set for our oldest son who we assume will go through another set before he graduates high school. It was a great deal, is a great mattress, and the box spring is sturdy. Retail for this EXACT set is over $600. Worth it. The only thing I didnt love was all the plastic… a TON of plastic in and around and stuffed in the box… kind of overkill.

Not the best qualityI needed a mattress in a hurry (after a bedbug issue) and was a little too impatient and bought this one for only a couple hundred dollars. It’s really not the worst – we sleep well and wake up without back problems – but I wouldn’t exactly recommend it. If you need a mattress sooner than later and can’t spend a lot, then it’ll certainly be fine (for now). I’m not unhappy with it at all but I think if I could do it over again, I would make more of an investment on a higher quality mattress.

Mattress is surprisingly comfortable. Box springs are made with thin wood partsProduct was delivered on time but instead of putting on large front porch was place leaning against small back porch on the frozen ground. Box springs were broken in two places. My husband repaired them knowing it would nix any warranty. We simply could not wait any longer.
