Impressed by this Amazon furniture!I purchased the “oak” hall tree. I have to honestly say that I am impressed by this piece of furniture. I wasn’t sure what to expect buying something like this on Amazon (this was my first time buying large furniture on here). For the price I paid, $325…I definitely feel like I got my money’s worth. The whole thing isn’t oak “wood”, but most of it is…..the important parts are real wood. If you like it, and it fits the measurements you need, you should buy it. Just make sure when you get it- to check all the pieces for imperfections and make sure all your nuts and bolts are included when you first receive it (preferably before you start putting it together) 🙂

It’s a very nice piece for price, not hardwood.This is a beautiful piece and exactly what we we were looking for. When it arrived the seat wood was cracked as a few other reviews have mentioned. At first we didnt read the front of Manuel where it clearly states if any issues they warranty and to contact them directly. We already built majority of it and you cant take it apart .So we contacted Amazon and they were willing to send us a new one at no cost but by the time we get it it would be a month ( due to reasons out of their control during COVID). However after speaking to a rep at crosley he said to send some verification of issues and proof purchase purchase and would send replacement part in 2-3 buisness days. The product quality as mentioned is compatible to ikea…its not hardwood and may not last us a lifetime but for the value it’s a good piece and since company seems happy to correct issues I’m going to say we are overall happy with our purchase.

Missing partsHired Amazon Home Services to assemble. Technician informed us that two major pieces (back wall panels) were missing. Looks like a decent piece of furniture however seem to have less than good quality process control. Hopefully company will send replacement parts soon and technician will show up again to assemble. Would actually like to purchase a couple more if the product looks like good quality after completely assembled.

A decent product, but arrived with scuffs and cracksReceived my product and as soon as i opened the box i was greeted with a horrible spray paint like smell to the point the smell filled the room. I can still smell spray paint when i walk by the coat tree but not as bad. Also the shipping box wasn’t in the best of conditions when it arrived as there were some holes in it. There were some design flaws to this product. All holes aligned but it was the wooden connectors they have you use that made me think on how they thought this was a good idea. The quality of the wood is pretty good. It’s just really disappointing knowing that this product arrived with scuffs and cracks. Will be calling the company about it. I liked this coat tree because of how the bin lifts up.

The good the bad and the uglyThe good the piece all together looks great and is functional even though it’s a bit shorter then I had anticipated I’m 5’4 and it is not as tall as meThe bad the packing for the boxes materials was awful each piece was covered in a foamy plastic and then packed it styrofoam but the styrofoam disintegrated when you picked it up and there were little pieces everywhereThe ugly several of my pieces were cracked or broken for the price this was disappointing.Parts of the hall tree are very sturdy and thick others not so muchI would buy the product again but not for this price

DisappointedThis has a very strong odor, my son said it’s lacquer. If my son had hadn’t been here I wouldn’t have been able to put it together. Definitely takes 2 people to put it together. I got the oak and it’s pretty. As others have stated, some of the pre drilled holes aren’t lined up right for the hardware. A chunk is missing on the bottom of one side piece, about an inch long. But the odor is the very worst part, I have the doors and windows open and the smell is so strong it’s nauseating.

Looks good, hard to put togetherLooks good in my entry way, but it was a little difficult to put together. I messed up and put the wrong screws in the front storage part and it went through the wood. I patched it and painted it, but still a frustrating time. Was thinking the piece was a little taller

Cheap QualityI am SO dissapointed by this piece. I wasn’t expecting real oak but I also wasn’t expecting cheap particle board already chipped and scratched. Arrived with scratches already on it & it also continues to scratch SO easily. Was easy to put together (I am a woodworker so I am experienced), however it does not line up nicely. If I didn’t already put this together, I would absolutely return it & find something much more worth my money. This is the worst quality furniture I have ever bought & that’s saying something! Also, I should of checked dimensions more closely but this is much shorter than expected!
