Best customer service experience.We purchased 4 units. One unfortunately was broken. We let them know and they worked hard to replace it. They took extra steps to ensure we were communicated with. Product looks elegant and was easy to assemble. Solid construction and decent wood product. Only con I have is the backing board is kind of cheap. Would still gladly purchase from them again.

Beautiful!Purchased 2 hall trees for our entryway/mudroom, one for each kiddo. I love these—very pretty and roomy! Fairly easy to assemble. One of the doors arrived damaged, but Crosley Furniture was a delight to work with and prompt in delivering a replacement, zero hassle. When can you ever say that?! I added matching hooks inside the hall trees on the left and right to be able to hang more items. Thank you!

Better than exoectedWe ordered the 2-cabinet set and the quality is great. Much better than you’d expect ordering furniture online. It’s thick and sturdy, not flimsy particle board. Looks way more expensive than it is. If you’re on the fence, just order it.

Cannot reach customer service/damagedThe packaging was torn and the product was damaged. We sent a request to the manufacture (as the box instructed) for a replacement part a week ago and have gotten no response. Now we are looking at having to rebox and ship a 110 lb item back. We paid over $300 for this and zero customer service.

Too large for the given spaceit was nip and tuck re dimensions, fully prepared to take up baseboard, but when item came in, and fully assembled, it was over 5 inches wider. No room for that. Now we have a day of two people (paid) to assemble and a piece we can’t use. Boxes were taken to trash as they were unboxed, Amazon wants things back in packaging, ain’t gonna happen unless I go to landfill. Very disappointed, the website clearly states 74.25 inches yet its over 79 inches.

NOT worth the moneyI have this for about two months and it’s already falling apart. Door on the bottom shelf is broken. It’s not wood, more like glued cardboard stuff. I bought this as set of three and now it’s trash. I don’t believe that I spend $900 and in two months I’m already looking for a new hall tree again. If it was $120, I wouldn’t mind much but at this outrageous price this is JUNK.Please save your money and take your business to some reputable furniture store who will at least stand behind their product. This one is AWFUL quality.
