Good benchThe product arrived very fast. During assembly we noticed a problem. Contacted support and they sent us a replacement piece that arrived the next day. Very easy to deal with. Bench looks good at the foot of the bed.

A bit disappointedI received my order today and I was so excited to put it together. I opened the box and both my husband and I agree that it looks like perhaps someone used it before us or something. There are some pretty significant markings on it, and sadly the part with two black marks is right and the front where you open the bench. It was pretty disappointing, it also the hassle of sending this large piece of furniture back after assembling it and taking it out of all the wrap is pretty impossible. 🙁

Good value.For the money it’s hard to beat. We wanted a place to put our kids shoes, this fit the bill and we ordered another piece from the Seaside line to match. The quality is good and it was pretty straight forward to assemble. Only took about 30 minutes. The cushion feels firm but in a durable way. I would certainly order it again. If we need any other storage items I would likely look for something under this line.

Shipped with 18 inch crack.Damaged part, 18 inch crack in base, now we have to disassemble, put back in box and send to UPS. Would prefer to have a discount or something to remove this review as the hours spent disassembling and packaging is disgusting.

Love this bench!I have never built a piece of furniture before because my husband can fix/build anything, but he was away and I wanted a challenge. All tolled, it took me about 3 hours to complete and I found the instructions confusing, but I did finish it and was quite proud of being able to do so. The bench is very nice. It is exactly what I was looking for, especially the storage section. It’s sturdy, good looking and fits in my mud room perfectly. If you’re looking for a bench to sit and put your shoes on, this is the one.

Pretty nice pieceIt wasn’t too difficult to assemble and looks nice put together. It’s sturdier than I thought it would be when it was being put together. Wish it opened on the top instead of the front for our use, but all in all very pleased.

Looks even better in personMy wife ordered some other “Put it together yourself” furniture, pure crap! I was figuring this would similar. To my surprise its very nicely made. Sturdy and not all pressed cardboard! I’d buy it again.
