Wrong product but similarFirst, they sent the wrong desk. I paid for the x-large desk but they sent the standard. Since they are very similar products, I feel this review will still be valid. I have gotten that taken care of and it is getting sent back. They were very quick to process my return request so that is a couple of bonus points to their customer service team.I like the desk as a decent value option compared to some of the other desks out there.Pros:-Provides a good sized area for gaming. The desk surface was smooth, I’d still use a mousepad though.-Cup and headset holder are a nice touch-The adjustable monitor riser is nice and you can clamp many standard monitor mounts to it if you wish.-Great color schemeCons:-No wire management system. (Grommets, cable tray, ties, etc.) Most standard gaming desks seem to come with at least one of these features but this is not a deception by the company, just something I thought to point out.-This desk feels very light. I’m no expert on building materials but you get what you pay for. I never got my dual monitor mount set up on the mount platform but I was afraid it might fall back because of the weight distribution. I’m not a fan of the metal they used, it bent very easily, although this made assembly a bit “easier” because of the next point.-The pre-installed inserts on the bottom of the desk were not flush with the surface or were misaligned. Bending the metal on the speaker stand frames was the only way to get some of the screws in. Many of the screws went in at strange angles and made it a little more difficult to assemble. One of the screws wouldn’t even go in the cup holder mount.-I was not able to fully test the stability of the desk because I realized after it was assembled that they sent the wrong product and didn’t bother putting my setup on it. Just by putting some of my weight on the desk though, I could feel that this may not be a good desk for hardwood floors. I wouldn’t call it flimsy but it didn’t have the feel of a well put together desk.Overall I’d say it’s a decent value option…if they send you the right product.

Eh..Purchased this desk for my boyfriend to start building up his own little home studio. The instructions made IKEA assembly notes seem like novels. The pictures provided were not all that easy to understand, especially when the majority of your pieces are mislabeled with the wrong corresponding letter. Not one, not two, but EVERY SINGLE hole on the underside of the desk that you attach everything to was OFF about 1/16” .. which REALLY made assembly challenging. After several curse words and about two hours, it’s set up with all his goodies. Some things to point out are that the side monitor stands are NOT repositionable, they are FIXED. Placement on them is fine, however, this prevents you from being able to fit the desk flush against the wall, so expect your desk to be about 4” away from the wall. I say this because most people have large computer screens that will need some sort of double stick tape or something beneath it to make sure it stays secure and doesn’t tip backward.Another thing is that the surfaces are VERY slick. Which is why I recommend getting the double stick tape. (CARPET tape. Make sure it’s strong)Overall, it’s a good starter desk, but I don’t think the materials are quality or high enough grade to last more than a couple years.

For studiosI bought this for my studio production setup. I have KRK RP 5s and the sit on the 2 shelf’s perfectly but I guess with their weight it makes the desk back-heavy? But overall, great, sturdy desk for the price.

Good overall design, so-so execution, sent the wrong colorThis desk has a good design for music production with a desk having elevated speaker stands and central monitor (or laptop) support. However, it is not easy to put together, even for someone who is good at assembling things (I have a lot of tools and misc. part, screws, etc.). It’s not impossible to assemble, but it could have been so much better with just a little thought. And they sent the wrong colored top and stands. Not a big deal, but irritating that something that could have been so good was not what it could have been. Also, if your speakers are heavy, the desk may tend to tip backward. Ours are about 5-10 lbs each, and I had to put 20lb weights on the legs to be sure it wouldn’t tip. All that would be necessary is a small triangular “foot” extending back from the legs. So close…

Got what I neededThis is a sturdy good-looking desk. It arrived on time… easy to put together… relieved to find that the hardware was neatly packaged in the box and labeled properly. When I attached the desktop to the frame (step 2) I had to push the wire frame into place. No real issue. Just make sure you attach the rear screws of the frame before the front screws. Love the gray oak look with just enough texture to keep things in place.I use three monitors for gaming. Two 25” monitors on the speaker stands and a 27” monitor (vertical) on the monitor stand. The desktop has room for my laptop and keyboard. Good value. Game on!

Pretty good looking desk, some assembly issuesWe bought this desk for a music studio because affordable options were very limited. Its perfect. We bought speaker pads to go on speaker stands and it has done its job. Only downfall is when we got to the screws under the table, the anchor that is already put in place fell out. We had to improvise and stuff paper in the hole with the anchor to attempt to get it to stay. Its holding up so far.

Nice deskIt is a nice looking desk and serves our purpose. We are not using for gaming purposes. With the monitor out of the way it gives more room to write and keyboard space. In retrospect, I would have purchased the L shape for a little more room. Be cautious if it isn’t against a wall.

Decent desk, could be betterI purchased this desk for $219 only for the price to go down to what is really worth of 100 something. Desk wobbles. Easy to set up and convenient to us cupholder and headphone racks, really love the outlet and USB adapters in the top center. All in all solid desk, I just don’t think it’s worth the money I paid for it. (The price was decreased about 30 days after I purchased it the new price of 100 something is more suitable)

Seems like a cool desk, missing parts thoughI really want to give this a full 5 stars but it didn’t come with all the pieces it was supposed to come with. The bases for the monitor stand are missing from all the packaging so for right now, I’m going to give it 4 stars.
