Product is good when finishedThis product is a bit more difficult to assemble than other products I’ve done! The instructions are not as clear as to which screw, bolt, washer, etc goes into which part and in what order! The final nightstand is okay – but not able to adjust the drawer and it’s slightly off center – still working on a solution for that.

So pretty!The dresser is very girly and classic. I really bought it for the look and just switched out the knobs. There is a gap on the side of the drawers which I didn’t like initially but now I don’t notice it. The material isn’t the greatest quality and scratches easily so we are careful when we set things on top of it. The drawers are quite small which is the biggest downside.

Absolutely surprised and Impressed!!!!First off, I don’t write reviews very often!! I have worked in fulfillment and warehousing and a hand full of other customer service jobs. I tend to be very picky and critical (many times to a fault, I’m sorry) of costumer service and tend to be put off by “mediocre and bad” costumer service!All that being said, we have all bought those “build yourself” furniture kits and how they are almost always questionable of sturdiness, have confusing instructions, or are missing parts that are a pain to get replacements.If you are looking for a perfect company….they don’t exist! Sorry, not sorry!However!!!! This company is extremely close!! I was astounded by how sturdy the furniture is, and how easy the instructions were!! We bought a Crib, nightstand, and 6 drawer dresser from Davinci and we have never been more pleased and impressed by another furniture company!! I had some friends over to help put the crib together and even they were impressed.As to their customer service, we actually had a piece that had holes drilled incorrectly. I looked on their website and it was very easy to find how to reorder new parts and the order was processed and the part shipped and we got in roughly a week and a half (which is pretty quick in my opinion).In conclusion, I, as an overly critical person of customer service….wholeheartedly recommend this company!!!

Showed up in piecesIf it wasn’t so bulky, hard to return, and close to baby coming I would have sent this back. It was busted up in two places, bashed in corners. The feet were missing. Luckily my husband was able to glue the broken pieces and I just have to get over the bashes in corners and I ordered different feet. I tried support to get the feet sent but their voicemail gave me the impression they aren’t open much. Not worth the price. Invest in something quality because this is NOT it. So disappointed. Oh well.

Beautiful dresser, some bumps in assemblyThe dresser arrived quickly and was packaged extremely well. Not a scratch on the finish. Assembly instructions were clear and it took about 2.5 hours and 2 people to assemble it. When bolting the top down, we had to remove the washers to get the bolts to catch. We also drilled pilot holes for the back panel to make putting the screws in easier. Once built, we noticed a very slight asymmetry in the levels of the drawer fronts that we cannot correct, but I probably won’t notice it after today. The size is perfect for our space and I love the shape and finish of the dresser. Definitely not a high end dresser, but good quality for the price. Overall we’re happy with the purchase and would buy again.

Great baby dresser!Love this dresser! Not the easiest to put together, but also not the worst. None of the parts arrived damaged and felt like it was a great purchase especially for the price.

Pretty happy for the price!This is a nice dresser for our nursery! There’s enough space on the end for wipes etc. which was hard to find when looking at smaller dressers. Overall it feels pretty sturdy and was easy to assemble, the drawers don’t open nearly as deep as my IKEA dresser, but they’re only about an inch less deep than a nice dresser we have from Ashley. Perfect for what we were looking for
