The decorative trim had come off in parts and appeared like it had only been held into place with thumbtacksThis item arrived packed in a box and wrapped in plastic. Under the plastic the box was wet. There was some damage to the item due to moisture but also there was damage due to it appearing to be poorly made. The decorative trim had come off in parts and appeared like it had only been held into place with thumbtacks. The top was warped and would not close properly.

Interesting touch to your roomI have a bit of an industrial look to our sitting room and wanted a side table that coordinated with our look. This is well made, heavy enough that it’s not going to be turned over and pretty enough to be in with our more modest, average furniture in the sitting room.
