Not a good purchase for what I need it for.This is very sturdy set. I wish I had not bought the one that has the closed in sides and back with the leather is not comfortable for sleeping. It is to hot. It doesn’t let the air flow well for the top bed. It’s great to sit on but I need it for sleeping too.

Couldn’t find this quality for this price anywhere else.There is some work to putting it together but for the price of a very sturdy bed, it’s worth it. The black, faux leather looks very nice on it & adds to the black railing. Came very well packaged, no damage at all.

Pain to build but great bedI built this by myself, so it is doable. However, the only kicker was the plastic clips that secure the slats. I felt like my fingers were going to fall off trying to push them in.

The directions are not the best in the beginning. Took me a long time. Looks great once installed.I’m pretty savvy with furniture installation and I had problems with this one in the beginning. Once I figured it out, it was easy. But, it did initially take me a while. It actually is a really cute daybed. And I would recommend getting it, if you prepare yourself for some extra time installing it.

five star day bedEverything was great in general — except: The main detractor is that the instructions are NOT easy to understand as if written by a ten year old. Assembly took about three hours, not one and a half as the pamphlet advertises. That is with two people involved, and I have had a lot of assembly experience! Once put together, we found it to be definitely sturdy, with simple attractiveness, and noiseless plus comfortable with a good mattress. We would buy another one IF we ever needed it.

Great value, good qualityThis is a very nice and sturdy daybed. Assembly was quite easy. Though the instructions said two people would be required to assemble It, I did the whole thing myself with the help of a stool to hold pieces in place while securing screws. It’s in a spare bedroom so it hasn’t been used yet but it looks great and I’m quite happy with it.
