not happyThere was a screw missing and i try to find same screw not successful they should provide extra screws and some holes don’t match and nails hard to penetrate..now very was wobbly screw getting loose and beds squeaky and shakey not sturdy. too many parts confusing

Nice looking piece for kidsLooks pretty nice. A few nicks and blemishes in it from shipping that are easy enough to live with, though not ideal. Fairly complex to put together. Took me 2 hours and 7 minutes to do it alone, and I’m pretty good at doing these things. Expect a lot of work to assemble it. Not sturdy enough for jumping on but short of that, seems fairly durable so far. Recommended for younger kids as a relatively inexpensive option that still has a nice look and will likely last at least a handful of years.

No instructions, incorrect pieces and the company didn’t offer to rectify the messThis bed was missing holes where the screws needed to be. I didn’t have the tools I needed to drill holes so I had to use a nail and a hammer to create a hole. Then the bed didn’t even have instructions I had to google “directions”which were only pictures. I emailed the company Donco and they offered to send me replacement parts after I had already put the bed together as I couldn’t leave my daughter without a bed to sleep in. I am very disappointed with what I received and that when I contacted the company they offered to send me replacement parts for a bed that was already put together. I have carpal tunnel on my hands and I’ve had to have surgery on both hands so this was a very difficult thing to assemble without the holes or tools. I will NEVER buy Donco products again.

Not as pictured or describedI really like the bed in the picture; however that bed is not what I received. Instead of getting a bed with two drawers underneath I received one with one long drawer which is a huge pain opening and closing. Also on the other side of the bed it’s all open so you can see everything that is stored in that drawer. Definitely do not like that part at all.

Missing piecesI bought 2 of these beds there was missing parts one of which made the bed unable to assemble at all. It was a piece that was already attached(or should have been ) where the meta plates get screwed into photo attached. I called and asked for a replacement piece. Just for the metal Part and they were unable to send me just that so had to send an entire new bed , and I will have to return the set with the missing part. And won’t be delivered for a week. Very inconvenient the customer service lady was nice and said she did all she could do but that was as fast as it could be delivered.

Update one month in and the bed is not holding together.Bought this for my 5 year old granddaughter. It is a beautiful bed. She loves her big girl bed.Update my granddaughter has had her bed for one month and the frame is already rocking. We have tried to retighten all the screws, however, it didn’t help, I’m not to confident this bed will last even 6 months at this point. Don’t waste your time or money.
