Initialization / Reset Process
Method 1:Press and hold “∧” and “∨” buttons at the same time for seconds until you hear the beep. Release the buttons. The desk will go automatically until it shows 69, and the reset is successful.
Method 2:Unplug the power supply for the 20s, then plug the power supply back in and the desk will reset automatically. After it shows 69, the reset is done.
Height Adjustment Controller
Up: Press Up“∧”.Down: Press Down“∨”
Switch Display
Press and hold “v” and Button 4 to switch cm to inch to cm.
To save the current height setting: Press and hold any number key until you hear a beep.
Note: This standing desk has 4 different height memories. The memory positions stored are still valid after power off. You can use the up and down buttons to adjust the standing desk to the height you need to work.

Very sturdy, highly functional.This desk didnt take long to assemble and I felt the instructions were of a decent quality. Overall its a very sturdy desk build with high quality materials, the wood is actually wood and not partical board or something like that. The raising and lowering feature is great and allows you to save up to 4 heights so that you can really customize how you plan to use it. Overall its a great design and highly functional, definitely would buy again.

Extreme vertical wobble, decent price.This is for the 55 x 30 inch desk. Assembly took a good 3-5 hours as I was doing this largely alone and made a couple of mistakes in the setup. Build quality is good, have had this desk for a month so far and its still in good shape. vertically there is next to no support so there is a ton of wobble to the top and bottom of the desk. Still usable enough for me for work, but still really annoying regardless. Tried to buy a support bar to help this out, but due to the design of the desk it’s not really usable. To get that I had to pay another 60 bucks for it, and at that point with this desk there is rough competition getting into the 300 dollar range. Still a decent buy for this size, just not the best quality.

More like 3.5 StarsIf I could, I would rate this desk as 3.5 stars. The desk itself nice looking, and it came with a lot of great accessories including a wire management system. However, it is not very sturdy, and within the first day I had issues with the motor to bring the desk up. Only one side of the desk would raise. I read some of the FAQ’s and found out it was an issue with the rod connecting the sides of the desk. Although I “fixed” the issue, every once in awhile the desk still will not raise correctly. Also, I noticed a couple of scratches on the desk after I opened the packaging. It’s not made of the best material.All that said, I am satisfied with the desk overall. It was easy to put together and is nice looking. I like that I can program 4 different heights so my husband and I can both set it to our liking.I wasn’t looking for a high-end desk, just something that would get the job done. This one fit my criteria and was within my price point. If you’re looking for a cheap option for a sit/stand desk, I’d say this is a good purchase. If you want something a bit sturdier for long term use, I would look elsewhere.

One of the best purchases for my home officeI recently got a remote position and quickly learned how much I sit all day when I am not running from office to office, so i bought a standing desk. My regular desk didn’t really have the space for one of those desktop raiser things, so I bought a second desk and it was a great decision.I was able to put it together myself. It took a bit of time but the directions were easy enough to follow. It works great and looks beautiful in my office. I love being able to save my height as a preset too.I highly recommend this!

Worth for Money and Excellent QualityI was bit hesitant to buy this but after I bought it I am 200% recommend this desk to anyone who is looking for adjustable desk. Very reasonable price and excellent quality, very spacious 48×24- can keep 2 monitors and one laptop and still lot of spaces. Wire tray and hook are very useful for organizing. Impressed with quality and definitely it will increase the confidence when you work and focusing something on your work. Only concern is you can return/replace within 30 days if you are not satisfied but don’t forget to take furniture protection plan for 3/ 5 years, this gives at least some peace of mind. 200% I am recommending this.

Great DeskI did a lot of research before purchasing this desk and what it came down to for me was functionality and price (along with good reviews). This wasn’t too bad to put together – I actually enjoy that type of stuff so it was a nice project. I especially liked how the holes for the screws had some sort of metal lining in them – this made me feel like everything I was putting together was more secure. There was only one screw that was easy to strip (a longer black one, I forget the letter of it). That was frustrating. Now it’s all set up and I have two 24 inch monitors on it with room to spare. The cord holes are a little small (especially for plugs for monitors) but I was able to get them through. My docking station sits in the basket underneath the desk which frees up space on the actual desk and also helps with the cords. One downfall so far is the screen for how high or low the desk is. For some reason the numbers are backwards – meaning when it’s lower to the ground it’ll say 60 something inches and when I put the desk up for standing it says 30 something inches. It didn’t always do that. I suppose I could try to reset it again but I have several times. Overall exactly what I wanted and needed at a price point I couldn’t say no to.

Love it, love it, love it!I ordered a 48 inch wide desk and I have to say that this is the best Amazon purchase ever! I am VERY pleased. I have two 21″ monitors, a 14″ laptop, a keyboard, a mouse pad comfortably situated and still has room in front of me to work! Assembly was very easy and I suggest laying out all the parts and actually following instructions. I did it all by myself and took about 90 minutes ( I am a non-athletic 5’2″ person). The hardest part was getting the box into the house as it is heavy! All metal pieces except for the 2 boards for the top. At first try of raising the desk, only one end came up so I removed coupling rod and reinstalled it. After resetting the controller by pushing and holding up and down buttons till beeped, both sides worked and OMG I was sooooo amazed! I was glad that I didn’t have to take the whole thing apart to do that. The wire basket could be optional but probably necessary as most of the wires could be neatly tucked in there so that they don’t get caught when adjusting desk height. I installed both hooks but using only one for wire storage. It also came with lockable wheels. I have had it for a week now and so far no problem at all! If you work from home or use a desk on a regular basis, this is a life changer! Highly recommend it!

Probably the best desk I’ve purchased on Amazon.I bought five of them for my new office and ordered two more and they are awesome. Super sturdy and very easy to set up. After the first one was done the next four took no time at all. They look awesome and work perfectly. Extremely happy with these.

Wow!!! Buy it!!!Fabulous quality! Could not be more pleased! Size is fantastic! I work remote full time absolutely love this desk. Fits two monitors no problem! Moves up and smoothly and is quiet. My husband put it together while I was out of the house to surprise me so I’m not sure how long it took him, but he did say it was easy! Coloring of the wood is beautiful! I couldn’t love it more!

Good ProductIt is easy to assemble, but left leg needed manual push up before can be adjusted in height at the beginning, then works as it should be with noise. I tried adjusting few times up and down it works better now. Left leg seems tight. First day using!
