    Great for big guysThe chair is firm large and comfortable and I can sit in it for hours on end it’s adjustable to a reasonable extent if your a big guy youl be fine with this chair, the chair is firm in a way where its not a like a memory foam but is soft enough that you wont get but pain when using it I will say the vibrating lumbar pillow is cool but i dont really use it I think Ive turned it on like twice Overall great chair after using for two months I use my PC everyday

    Great chair but plastic arm restsLove the chair itself but it has plastic armrests without any padding. They look out of place with the high quality of the rest of the chair. But I do really like the gaming chair and has a sturdy build. Just put the chair together, so we will see how it holds up.

    Good chair just a bit sqeakyChair was fairly easy to put together. The bolts sqeak though when sitting or moving in it. Going to have to hit it woth some wd40. Also, don’t pay the extra cash for the vibrating lumbar support. It’s not worth it.

    not the best but not the worstIf you’re putting it together yourself, be prepared to be frustrated. One of the plastic covers was cracked, but luckily you don’t notice on the finished product unless you look closely. It’s definitely not the best chair you can buy, and especially not worth the $250+ I spent, but it’ll do for now. I would never buy again, however, as overall it’s not worth it.UPDATE:i want to quickly add that their customer service is incredible. i appreciate them reaching out to me about the bad experience.
