leans forwardThe directions don’t mention the arrow that is located on the base. If you don’t follow the arrow direction, the chair will lean forward. Thanks to a review I read here on Amazon, the chairs are much better!

Not for anyone over 110 lbsBeautiful chairs but if you have kids or are a little heavy these will not withstand the weight or they way kids like to play with adjustable chairs. We put mine together and I immediately decided to sell them on a Face Book yard sale site. Loosing a little money but don’t have to pay shipping back and restocking fee. My husband is 5ft 8 in and 210 lbs. Barely fit in the seat. Was not thinking when I ordered them I guess.

These chairs work well for average-or small-sized peopleThese chairs were fairly easy to put together, as I did them myself, and I am not an expert in these types of things. We used the arms for a while, but decided to take them off to give more flexibility in maneuvering the chairs under the table. We specifically built our new island table higher, to accommodate the arms, but in the end, the arms just made it more challenging with the table frame under the granite. The faux leather is soft and has cleaned up well so far. The chrome bases are like dust magnets, but do clean up easily. We were looking for something with some shine to go with the bling in the blue pearl granite and chrome lights overhead, so these work well. We were concerned that with the arms attached, they may not accommodate some of our larger friends and family, as these seats are not particularly wide. We have 2 and 4 year old granddaughters and so far, these chairs have been working ok for them. The 4 year old can climb up and down on her own most of the time, using them at slightly higher than counter height. I did purchase seat covers to put under their booster seats.

Nice Looking ChairsI purchased these chairs (2) because I was changing my décor to a modern look and the chairs fit the bill. Nice looking, good quality and easy to assemble if you can follow visual instructions. On the down side, the chairs, in my opinion, are not as comfortable as they could be. At times, I felt like I would slide off if my feet were not on the foot rest. The chairs are sturdy but the white straps covering the arm rests feel like they will start to slide over time. Overall, very happy with the chairs. The shipping box when delivered was horrible. I can’t tell if it left the factory that way or it got a beating during the delivery. There were exposed chrome and very small scuffs on the base but not bad enough to have to return. The rest of the packaging was adequate but this should not have left the warehouse this way. I have purchased Flash Furniture in the past and have been happy with them.

Do not likeIts a beautiful color, i bought the orange. Arm rest should have been thicker to actually rest your arm on, seat area is too small, and back area is too low. The price was not worth it.

Good, but could be better for price paid.Sturdy enough and comfortable back rest. Foot rest should be larger diameter, you really have to force your legs back a lot to reach the foot rest. Really wish the footrest didn’t swivel with the chair. Would make controlling the chair a lot easier. Also, quality control is maybe a little lacking. One pair came missing end caps in the arms rests. But isn’t worth the hassle to send back. Overall good but could be better for the price paid.

AWESOME PLACE TO SHOP !!!I simply love these bar stools. They were of excellent quality & made extremely sturdy. The only problem I experienced, a sufficient amount of weight needed to be applied while sitting in the chair before they would let down. So, I highly recommend these for adults who have bigger kids, weighing more than 25 pounds. lol! Also, the seller was extremely understanding of my predicament, and to my surprise, immediately refunded my money. That is what I call — detail to a great business — quick responding customer care/service, as well sending UPS to pick up my return & REPACKAGE IT FOR ME !!! … at my convenience. Thank You. I will be placing another order with you soon. 🙂
