The free rein motion is great for taking a quick break from typing to answer phone calls and relax. The waterfall front seat edge removes pressure from the lower legs and improves circulation. Chair easily swivels 360 degrees to get the maximum use of your workspace without strain. The pneumatic adjustment lever will allow you to easily adjust the seat to your desired height. The chrome base adds a stylish look to complement a contemporary office space.

Good Chair but read full review before buying….I purchased this chair over 2 other because of the diceptive 5 year warranty and that it supposed to support up to 500 lbs. Of the 3 office chairs it was the most expensive. The leather and build quality are excellent and thanks to Amazon I received it with in 2 days. Here are some of the pros and cons….Pros and Cons….- The finished product looks good and 2 years not 5 years is still a better warranty that most chairs.- The jury is still out if this chair will last. My husband is 6’3 and 380lbs so we will see.- The warranty discription is “BULL” . The non moving parts as in the seat, the back support, and arms are under 5 years. The moving parts as in the piston, casters, and control mechanism have only a 2 year warranty. All other items have a 1 year warranty (What’s left?).- You buy this chair because you are a big person and the 2 parts that tend to fail are the Piston and the Casters (wheels). The wheels are cheap and I expected better from a $340 chair. The piston is small and does not look up to the task of holding up to 500lbs.- Spend an extra $20 and get better casters I can not stress enough how cheap these are.- Building instructions… They are OK, however on Step #2 only tighten 2 or 3 turns or you will never get step #3 installed. Step 5 will take either a very strong person or 2 people, one to hold and push the back and set so the arms can be attached and the other to screw in the bolts.

Very comfortable chair for a tall user. After some back and neck problems left me in a great deal of pain over the holidays, I finally had to admit the old chair was just too small for me and I needed to splurge on one actually designed for a very tall user (6’8″). This chair definitely fits that description: a bit pricey compared to the one it replaces, but it’s the first time since I was a pre-teen that I’ve been able to sit in a chair with a headrest that doesn’t stop somewhere below my neck. The seat is roomy, and high enough that I can easily sit up straight.Assembly was easy enough for me, a big, tall, aging, out-of-shape guy, to complete alone in a half-hour or so; the seat back might require a little attention when bolting it down to the seat bottom, as the seat cushioning prevents the bolt holes from lining up easily, but I didn’t find it especially difficult to get the alignment close enough to start the bolts without much of a struggle, and after I got them started, the whole thing tightened into place with the included hex/Allen wrench pretty easily. I would imagine that the elderly, infirm or injured, and petite ladies would probably appreciate some help with assembly and assembly would certainly be easier and safer with help, as the chair’s components are heavy and awkward, and if you’re not very handy with tools that included hex/Allen wrench might be a pain to use (a good hex bit and ergonomic driver would be a huge improvement during assembly in terms of ergonomics, comfort, and leverage), but assembly was pretty easy for me and I suspect most do-it-yourselfers can manage it alone just fine, and even better with an assistant. There doesn’t seem to be anything special about the controls, etc. compared to my previous chair, with one exception: the headrest adjustment wasn’t particularly intuitive; if fully extended, it drops down easily to the lowest setting, and It took me a few minutes to work out that it stays extended if I don’t extend it fully (there is no mention of this in the instructions that came with the chair, and I don’t think I’ve seen any obvious clarifications online yet.) Otherwise, the controls seem pretty generic: a dial under the front of the seat adjusts the reclining tension, and a lever under the right side of the seat can be lifted to allow the chair to rise if no weight is on the seat (stand up to operate it), and pull it horizontally away from the chair to unlock the vertical position and allow reclining, or push it horizontally toward the center of the chair to lock the seat upright. It doesn’t seem to recline very far backward – only a few degrees of tilt, a bit less than I’m used to from my previous chair – but it’s not uncomfortable, and I fully expect I’ll get used to it.It’s still new yet, and it’s too early to say whether the chair will prove more durable than the one it replaced (a leather office chair in a similar style bought from the local Wally World several years ago – about 5-7 years with minimal maintenance seem to be the best those could do before the leather deteriorated and the hardware started breaking down), but this new chair certainly more comfortable for me, and all around seems like an upgrade to the chair it replaces.

Very good, but adjustable armrests would’ve been nicePros:- The build quality and materials feel good. I am especially glad about the inclusion of a solid metal base, which not all big and tall chairs have. I’ve had wheel sockets in nylon bases break over time when trying to scoot through deep carpet.- The cushion is hands down the best I’ve ever had on a chair. It has a waterfall design to prevent the back of your thighs from getting pinched by hard plastic, it’s flat on top instead of having pointless, weird-feeling seams and crevasses, and the stiffness is perfect for my weight.- The back doesn’t have wings, allowing me to put my elbows back if I want.- The adjustable headrest height is a nice inclusion, but I leave it at the lowest setting.Cons:- The curve of the upper back is a bit too aggressively swept backward for my liking, and this seems to be a nearly ubiquitous feature of non-mesh high back chairs. It’s strange how it’s seemingly a niche thing to want a big and tall high back chair which encourages me to sit with good posture, instead of having to lean forward away from the chair. However, I was able to correct this by adding a neck pillow and placing a few washers under the rear cushion bolts.- The armrests are not adjustable. I can’t get quite as close to my desk as I’d like because the armrests bump into it. I also like being able to adjust their width and height since my arms are at a different position while I’m playing a game than while I’m just sitting there. I’m not sure why so few higher end office chairs have 4-axis T-arms.Overall, this is a good chair, and your subjective preferences might differ from mine and these cons won’t matter to you.

great chairwarning!!! you will feel like a big shot in this chair. if you are a plus sized person like myself i am 6’6 and 430lbs you will like or most likely love this chair like i do. i ordered it on Apr 28, 2022 i am writing this review on Aug 09, 2022 still feels great no squeaks or other weird noises. feels extremely sturdy. i had a friend sit in it who is much smaller then i am and the looked like they could get lost in the chair. the only problem i have with this chair is i keep falling asleep in it. i purchased 3 chairs in the last five years the other two where cheaper from different brands. they fell apart within 3 months with this chair you get what you pay for.

Assembly is frustratingArms were a nightmare to put on. Also for a chair marketed to big & tall and up to 500 lbs, they should have made the seat wider so the arms didn’t dig into your butt.

Worth itI looked up office chairs for my husband and found this one to be the best for his at home working needs. My husband likes the chair a lot. He had to check all the local office stores first but nothing compared to this chair. He even called me from a store so I could send him a link to compair this chair to the local stock. The arms of the chairs don’t grab his pockets, which was an issue with other chair arm designs. The chair supports weight but doesnt feel to bulky.Must have two people to put this chair together, but it was not a hard build.Strongly recommend.

Comfortable and sturdy but needed some extra work.Okay, I spent weeks searching for a chair with a tall enough back that would support my neck and head. Glad the Search is Over! I’m six foot one and 240 lb. My old chair which lasted 5 years couldn’t do that unless I scooted down lower in the chair and then there was no lower lumbar support. I often like to nap in this chair and hated the fact that there was no head and neck support. I only found two leather office chairs with an adjustable headrest. This one and another that looked like the bucket seat from an old Jaguar LOL. Yes only two on the market with adjustable headrests! I read the reviews on this and saw that there was an issue with the adjustable headrest staying in the up opposition. It would slip down immediately. One gentleman mentioned that he put a two-by-four inside to support that headrest in the hi position and this solved his problem. So I was prepared for this issue. Before I threw my old Faithful leather chair out, I unscrewed one of the 4″ x 14″ leather armrests and used it to support the headrest in the new chair. It is completely out of sight and solved my problem also. In addition, I noticed a quarter inch tear in the fabric portion on the seat. Not a plus! But, it was on the back of the seat and pretty much out of sight mostly covered by the back portion of the chair. It’s took me about 90 minutes working alone to assemble this chair. The chair is firm but comfortable and sturdy with good lumbar support. It claims to have a 500 lb capacity and that is one of the reasons I bought it beside the adjustable headrest. Because, to hold that kind of weight it has to be more heavy duty and better made. But, only time tell. Would have given this chair 4 stars if not for the defective headrest and the damaged fabric seat portion. May update this review somewhere down the road…

The Seat deflates…The cushion in the seat is weird. The foam is not normal and even my cat sitting in it flattens the seat. I think my chair may be defective. The foam in the seat just flattens right now down to the base and is unusable. I don’t even think I can return it .The rest of the chair is fine which is why i left it at 3 stars but i have a fully non-usable chair.

Sturdy comforter well builtWas really easy to assemble!! Has a good seat cushion. And lumbar support. The only complaint I have is the back piece sits back pretty far. It’s great to kick back in. But when sitting straight up to work with key board or desk. It’s not supportive for sitting straight up. I don’t know if there is a way to adjust this to make it more upward. Rather than lay back so far?? If anyone knows please tell me. But other than that I absolutely love the chair super comfortable!!
