Good but could be much betterThe overall comfort and quality of the chair is good, but there are serious imperfections. I got it with a small cut on the side of the back, which I noticed a week after I had started using it. I doubt I made it, as I try to be careful during the assembly, so I blame it on the bad packaging which did not prevent it during the shipping.The biggest gripe, however, is a technical/engineering fault – the chair’s back has a big screw at the bottom that is used for adjustment of the back’s height. The screw is screwed manually (with a knob), but it does not hold the back’s weight no matter how much exertion I apply. As a result, the next day I come and the back is it its lowest position as it just slides down under the weight. I am quite tall, so for me that is a vexing shortcoming. The only reason I did not return it as I will give this chair to my daughter as soon as she moves in. And next time I’ll be more fastidious with chair selection.
