Decent productProduct as advertised. The delivery was a bit scary as the box arrived in very poor condition. Half opened, gouges, rips. The FedEx delivery person must have dropped the box off at the door and ran. Fortunately, somehow, the item was not damaged. One of the plastic floor protector pieces at the end of one of the legs was missing. The other three had them already attached.

Missing piecesCame a lot quicker that estimated time. It came incomplete having no instructions and not having any of the nails needed to assemble. Couch itself had a lot of strings that were not cut off or not sowed on completely.
